...this is for people who want to use this firm. Think again. I say NO NO NO .I spent with them 6 months playing they games. Tom is a hoocker as soon you pay deposit game begin. He will pass your case to another person. What ever he said to you forget it, you will never speak with him again. To buy property is exciting but when you start with them your bad days start. This is not estate agent this is scam. No one professional solicitor want to work with them because estate agent not taking deposit from clients. They solicitor Aziz is a joke . You can't say a word to him. Daniel-the director flipping you over from one person to another. Rachel so busy with customer all the time you not a customer to them you are the fish they get from beginning when you pay deposit. They location in North and they selling property in South never see it .don't believe a word they say.if any body have any questions I shear with you just ask please? I lost my deposit and property.

We've now sold two properties with David and the team at National Residential. They are very capable of securing buyers - in our case, selling our buy-to-lets to other buy-to-let investors. But that wasn't what really impressed us. We had a property that was difficult to sell, and they truly went above and beyond in the advice, guidance, and help they provided in getting a deal done for us. Fantastic service with national…

Fantastic service with national residential from start to finish, they have different members of staff working on different stages of the process so you know who to speak to a each stage, and I had complete confidence with every member of the team. The property I was selling was a rental/investment property, I had a very good relationship with my tenant of over 13 years so I needed to look after her as this was her home, and the property was over 3 hours drive from my home, so I needed a company that I could trust and most importantly one that understood this and would look after my tenant through the process of finding another landlord/investor to purchase the property, this they did which during the COVID situation I think was fantastic, thank you to David and the team at national residential 👍

Fabulous proactive company that gets…

Fabulous proactive company that gets the job done. I looked at selling my house and spoke to this company. My first call with Ian was so good different then other agents, they don't over promise but give you good advice and they do everything to help you sell your house. Better then any normal agents. What I loved was that they gave you options and thought outside the box in selling with tenant in situ. What I was really impressed with is after having some personal problems I could not proceed, however they were still there and Ian tried to help. When I have sorted my personal problems I wont go to anyone else. I highly recommend them and I work in property.

The team at National Residential were very supportive and understanding. My house had been wrecked by the last tenant and local estate agents had valued it possibly below the remaining mortgage. There were also a few legal problems with the lease that needed expert handling and the solicitors reccomended by National Residential patiently worked everything out, although it was an unusually difficult set of circumstances. National Residential's fee was reasonable given these complex circumstances. I think that the price achieved was the best l could have expected. I have another property that l plan to sell through National Residential once the current tenant moves out. I would recommend National Residential if you want a quick sale and especially if your property has technical challenges to overcome.

I have an extremely amazing experience purchasing a BTL property through national residential. Very professional and personal end to end service. Had a few road blocks with mortgage valuations etc, but all got resolved quickly and effectively. Tom has been quite good on the Sales side. spent loads of time clarifying everything and in securing the sale. Rachel has been absolutely amazing , who managed the transaction communication and co-ordination end to end - communication was always instant, very re-assuring and helpful throughout. What I received was a world class personal service. Will definitely do business with them again.

I have used National Residential twice…

I have used National Residential twice now. Once in 2017 for an auction house I didn't buy and again this year for a house I did buy. There were absolutely no issues at all, their communications whether text, phone call, or email are extremely quick, quicker than a traditional estate agent for sure. It makes no difference to me that there are no face-to-face meetings, in fact I find it far easier to conduct business from my phone and laptop.

Good experience of buying with National Residential

As a buyer, I would recommend purchasing property through National Residential. The initial price negotiations were handled well and I think their process deadlines are effective in speeding up sales and weeding out slow or non-serious buyers. It was also flexible enough not to compromise our ability to complete necessary due diligence on the property. There was always someone to pick up the phone and when requested they took action promptly and effectively. They stayed on top of things throughout to ensure our sale went through quickly despite a combination of COVID and the Christmas break. Should another suitable property come up for sale through them, I wouldn't hesitate to put in an offer again.

Rude and unprofessional

I filled out the form to ask for a free valuation to sell my home via this company. I then received an email asking what time they could call me, I told them I was not allowed incoming calls during my working hours as it would get me fired. They phoned me during my working hours and right in the middle of my explaining my dire situation the man who phoned me rudely hung up on me and failed to call back so he hung up deliberately which was very rude and to a stressed out person like me that added insult to injury. Not very nice and I am far from impressed, it is poor business practice and disrespectful.

What a shill crock (BAD, BAD, BAD)

They advertised a property with a PURCHASE price on RightMove. BUT it is a sort of auction. Sort of? They are not licensed auctioneers but ask you to bid for the property and they will let you know if your bid wins!!!! Even of your bid "wins", there is no guarantee they will even notify the vendor / you will be offered the property!!!!!

Depends on who helps you in the office, there are two extremes, amazing to “improvements required”. Don’t expect quick call backs. Could take more care with making sure viewers are they say who they are. 22.9 20 Response to NR's reply on 21.9.22. Hi NR, Thank you so much for reminding me that I had posted this review. I'm afraid I have to be very humble and offer an apology. The viewer that never turned up to view my partner's property and where we waited in one evening was not the fault of NR - it's was my partner's. He failed to read his emails but never told me for a few days! I have removed my remark about your staff member - and edited the review. That was quite mean of me. Your response is quite amusing if not a little revealing. It's taken over 3 weeks for anyone to reply to me & ask the basic questions. I would have been happy to talk through my concerns at the time. It seems a little unprofessional to be making the assumptions you appear to have made publicly and incorrectly so I feel that’s a little disappointing from a prospective customer’s point of view. Perhaps I’m not the only one that needs to eat humble pie?

However David and the team at National Residential really made me feel at ease, even helping with finding a solicitor all the way through to obtaining a mortgage, walking me through each step of what was needed and what came next. We had some very testing and special circumstances when it came to dealing with the seller of the property but we persevered and eventually got through, although it took a lot longer than anticipated and completed the deal, thanks to the constant communication and up to date information.
