Lack of Communication throughout my tenancy. i moved out of the property on 8th August and the Landlord text to say she was happy with returning my deposit. i did not receive any correspondence from Beresford Adams. i called to find that i should have been sent a deposit release form which i got sent and returned on 10th Sept, i am still waiting on a response, they don't answer the phone and no replies to my emails. unfortunately for them i work in Chester and will probably end up paying them a visit in person if this continues... poor customer service.

Having my parents property sold for full asking price on the day it went on the market I was keen to use the same agency to sell mine. I spoke to the Branch Manager, Louise who quickly established the property I was looking to sell and who it would appeal to. Later that day a viewing was proposed prior to placing on the market which I accepted. It was precisely what the purchaser was looking for and again the full asking price was offered which I accepted. This all happened within 3 days of contact with the branch. It's hard to quantify the amount of time and money saved through using this branch but clearly I couldn't rate highly enough. Now in the process of purchasing I can first hand see the difference in service provided by sellers using online based agents, the last viewing didn't even know we were coming. I would always priorities this service in future and will be returning back to this branch for my next sale in a heartbeat! Thanks to all the team and Louise in particular

The past two and a half years, my partner and I have been trying to find a place for us in Chester. Thanks to the talented agents at Beresford Adams, we’re about to pass 1 month in our new home. They have enough experience to give an educated answer to pretty much every question you ask, and they have the customer service knowledge to listen to question they don’t know the answer to, let you know they’ll find out for you, and give you the accurate answer for it within two days at most. They handled a very quick turn around from viewing the property, to putting it on hold, to signing our tenancy agreement, to moving in within three weeks with ease. They’re extremely friendly and personable, willing to talk to you and have a proper chat while either viewing a property or signing a tenancy. They also are able to give you the privacy to view a property on your own to form your own opinions on it. They don’t pressure you into anything you’re not comfortable with. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more.

Complaint against Chris Hassett

Me and my wife hired Chris to help us in buying a house. Being a close friend with Kris Dikes from Chester branch, he assured me over the phone that the vendor will negotiate if any repairs needs doing. But the email from Kris to us came that there is no room for negotiations, even further checks will be done for costs estimates. He lied to me in this respect and although he assure he will call me to discuss about this, he didn't. Very disappointed by how he handled with our case. Shame
