We dealt with Sophie and she was super professional, courteous and very responsive. I dealt with the real estate almost as much as our solicitor and they helped to advance communication with the owners. Definitely a very professional service and great experience. GoogleI bought my first home in June of this year using Aimee O'Neill as my mortgage adviser. I was guided seamlessly through the process and was truly amazed (and also very grateful) for how easy she made the whole process for me. I completed in under 8 weeks, with Aimee taking all the hard work out of my hands. This made it totally stress free. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

GoogleI have had a fantastic service from Bryn, àn outstanding staff of Beresford Adams. He comes across as self driven to achieve, very empathetic to his clients and able to give varying options of the company's product to make the customer make informed decisions. I have learnt a lot about renting with his guidance and I am particular excited with his service. I will always recommend Beresford Adams anyday. The property I am currently living is managed by the company, and they seem to have fantastic landlords too, who form great relationships with their tenants. I am indeed a happy customer. GoogleFantastic service from Beresford Adams. Both Jennie and Lindsay took me through the process of letting my property for the first time. Both very informative and helpful. In particular Lindsay who followed up with frequent courtesy calls keeping me in the loop and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Very quick turn around and all staff in branch were friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend.

GoogleStarted down the selling path with Beresford Adam's as they indicated they had full service offering with mortgage brokers and solicitors. Turns out solicitors were in Sri Lanka and just about impossible to understand over poor phone lines. Cancelled contract, although Muve continued pestering us, and so far only partially refunded our initial payment despite saying we would get a full refund. Stay away from Muve.

GoogleDespite repeated efforts to enquire about a property during an extremely stressful and difficult time due to being kicked out of our home at short notice, Beresford Adams assured me they would be in touch. I advised I was working away but left my partners contact details. Nobody contacted him and when we got in touch to enquire further the property was no longer available. Although I asked several times what had happened I was never given an explanation, just that they tried to call me, which they didn't. I advised them I'd called a total of nine times regarding the property as we were desperate to which I was met with a lack of empathy or concern for their error. Another estate agent that shows a lack of concern for people's wellbeing, as long as they can line their own pockets.

From the first communication with Richard followed up with the friendly updates from Laura we have been very happy with the level of service. Getting your home ready for renting out isn’t an easy process but Beresford Adams were there to guide us every step of the way. They’re sensible people that always represented our best interests.
