We used Beresford Adams to provide a probate valuation on our late Mother's bungalow. They were just brilliant at a very difficult time, so when we came to put the bungalow on the market we had no hesitation in asking them sell it for us. Once again we can't praise and thank everyone enough for there friendly, professional and excellent service throughout what transpired to be a longer than expected sale. Thanks so much to the whole team, Louise, Cherry, Katrina, Tuin and especially Amy who endured a lot of hassle on our behalf and who never lost her sense of humour or professionalism. The only thing I would do differently is to use an independent conveyancer rather than CCS. Would we recommend Beresford Adams..... I think you can already judge that our answer is a resounding YES, without hesitation or reservation.

Huge thank you to George and the lettings team for going above and beyond to make a stressful time as easy as possible. I had to move due to landlords change in circumstances, and when I found another property with Beresford, George handled everything including negotiation with both the old and new landlord, coordinating tenancy start and end times, all to make sure my kids and I had a new place to call home as soon as possible. Delightful to buy a house with. I had a particularly complicated set of circumstances as I was buying while working abroad. The team, special mentions to Amy and Louise, were extremely helpful and understanding and I wanted to use this review to express my gratitude to them. I was also greatly aided by Beresford Adams being part of the Countrywide group as it helped me to speed up processes that would have taken much longer or even jeopardised the purchase. A particular mention to Thuin from the Countrywide, who works in the Beresford Adams Chester office. He was in constant and prompt contact with my solicitor leading up to the sale to make sure that the insurance policies matched my mortgage broker's requirements (which were more complicated than normal due to my working abroad). Everyone I spoke to at their office always provided sound, sensible and well-measured advice. I will rent the property out until I return from my travels and I look forward to working with Beresford Adams Chester to do this and I am confident that I will be able to post an excellent review of that part of their service in the future.

When I decided to sell my house, I went straight to Beresford Adams, knowing their long and good reputation in this city. I wasn't disappointed. Good advice, incredibly efficient service getting my property on the market and contacting potential buyers. As can happen, my first buyer fell through, but the moment that happened, the staff were straight on to finding me another buyer. Which they did, and in a matter of days, the sale was back on, and went to completion not too long after. They kept me in touch with the process, the documentation, gave me sound and useful advice every step of the way. I am grateful for a friendly, speedy and highly professional service, and have no doubts about recommending them. And my thanks to Katrina and Amy for their ongoing support through the sale.

Estate agents are often given the unfortunate title of being some of the most disliked professionals in the UK. However, my experience with Beresford Adams has thrown that label well and truly into the trash. I couldn't commend Amy and Andrew enough. Both went out of their way to make my first house purchase as easy as possible for me. They were both incredibly generous with their time, supportive of any questions I had, and always eager to help in whatever way they could. Whenever I needed to go into the office and neither of them were around, all their colleagues were very friendly and welcoming, immediately putting you at ease. Although I don't plan on moving anytime soon, when that time comes I will most certainly be looking to Amy and Beresford Adams. Thank you!

I both bought and sold with Beresford Adams this year and couldn’t be happier with the service. After finding the perfect property I wanted to buy I contacted them and they arranged a viewing for the next day. I also arranged for them to come and view my property and Mel who came to value it was amazing. Came very prepared with how other properties in the area have sold recently. Was so Impressed with the pitch I agreed to go ahead there and then. The pictures were taken and it was for sale within a week! They also helped with finding a Solicitor (DC Law) who were also great!
