My partner and I recently rented a new place. We were so lucky to get to work with Bryn Griffith. He was so attentive, easy to communicate with and just simply kind! When we went to Bereford Adams we were already quite desperate we won't find a place. Every agent we met until this point was almost uninterested in what we were looking for. Bryn was the first one who actually listened and even when one of the landlords didnt choose us, he came with another suggestion for a property that suited us perfectly! Thanks, Bryn! Recently moved to Chester with the help of Beresford Adams. There was a fair few in the chain and the process came with its problems as it usually does. Beresford Adams however we're absolutely brilliant, they made sure they did as much as they could to keep me in the loop with the various ongoings. Not only this but she took us to see another property at the same time that hadn’t been listed yet. She is the most professional estate agent I have ever dealt with. From the moment we put in an offer through to finally completing, she was there every step of the way. She was always so kind and helpful, answering all my emails and phone calls. Any important news (such as offer being accepted, completing etc) she always called us which I really appreciated. I never once felt that she was just on the sellers side, I felt she had my best interests at heart too. Me and my partner are first time buyers and were very anxious throughout the process but Melissa really helped us to navigate through it all. I’m in love with our first home and only have Melissa to thank for that. I hope to stay in touch with her and Beresford Adams so that in the future, should we want to sell our first home and find something bigger, I will definitely go back to them.
