GoogleI have had a fantastic service from Bryn, àn outstanding staff of Beresford Adams. He comes across as self driven to achieve, very empathetic to his clients and able to give varying options of the company's product to make the customer make informed decisions. I have learnt a lot about renting with his guidance and I am particular excited with his service. I will always recommend Beresford Adams anyday. The property I am currently living is managed by the company, and they seem to have fantastic landlords too, who form great relationships with their tenants. I am indeed a happy customer. GoogleFantastic service from Beresford Adams. Both Jennie and Lindsay took me through the process of letting my property for the first time. Both very informative and helpful. In particular Lindsay who followed up with frequent courtesy calls keeping me in the loop and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Very quick turn around and all staff in branch were friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend.

GoogleDespite repeated efforts to enquire about a property during an extremely stressful and difficult time due to being kicked out of our home at short notice, Beresford Adams assured me they would be in touch. I advised I was working away but left my partners contact details. Nobody contacted him and when we got in touch to enquire further the property was no longer available. Although I asked several times what had happened I was never given an explanation, just that they tried to call me, which they didn't. I advised them I'd called a total of nine times regarding the property as we were desperate to which I was met with a lack of empathy or concern for their error. Another estate agent that shows a lack of concern for people's wellbeing, as long as they can line their own pockets.

We spoke to the Bangor lettings team about renting out our property to tenants. I was so impressed when they visited I signed up straight away, and they listed it very quickly. Before I knew it there were 4 viewings booked, and a choice of two great tenants. Inventory was great and they whole setup very straightforward. I really feel like these are the right agents for being fair to both landlords and tenants. Matthew, Lauren and Helen were absolutely fantastic, and always happy to help. Very friendly and professional service from start to finish, and it was a real pleasure dealing with them. As I expand my property portfolio over the coming years Beresford Adams will definitely be my agents of choice.

From the first communication with Richard followed up with the friendly updates from Laura we have been very happy with the level of service. Getting your home ready for renting out isn’t an easy process but Beresford Adams were there to guide us every step of the way. They’re sensible people that always represented our best interests. Would we recommend them ? Absolutely.

We received a fantastic service from Beresford Adams when buying our house. Aimee O'Neill (Beresford Adams Chester) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and it was very reassuring to have her there when we purchased our first home, as it was all very new to us! She promptly followed up our queries, found us fantastic mortgage and insurance offers and was a constant source of support and information throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much for her and no question was a silly one! Thank you Aimee. I would highly recommend Beresford Adams when buying or selling a house.

GoogleI'm so shocked by almost all the estate agents I've been dealing with. As a buyer ready to go its almost criminal how many agents just say "no you can't view a house for another week cause we have no-one to show it" Is that not what vendors are paying a fortune for.? If you are using beresford adams to sell in Blacon... sorry... I can't even get to see your house, never mind buy it!

They offered a realistic price for our property and handled all viewings, which was imperative for us with a newborn. Our house sold very quickly and we were very happy with the communication moving forward. GoogleWe have just completed on our first home with the help of Aimee O’Neill as our mortgage advisor and Kate Owen as our agent and both have been exceptional the whole way through! Aimee deserves a pay rise with the amount of work and extra hours she put in going above and beyond to take the stress out of our hands. Unfortunately, due to no fault of the team we had hit a few snags during our journey and the whole process has taken about 5 months, however, Aimee and Kate have fought our corner the whole way through, kept us well informed and reassured us at every turn. Being first time buyers we honestly had no idea what we were doing and this team were attentive and helpful answering all of our questions no matter how little or tedious! I would absolutely recommend both Beresford Adams Chester and Countrywide Mortgages to anyone looking to buy their first home and we will absolutely be going back to them in the future!
