Initial meeting was very positive, however, the service deteriorated rapidly and I found that communication at best haphazard. For example my instructions regarding communication with me with multiple members of staff were either ignored or not shared resulting in lots of confusion and frustration and found this very stressful and negative.

The notes on the file do suggest a good level of communication.Having looked into the property it seems that the majority of contact was requested and dealt with by your brother.
