Reference to ... Robinson's spennymoor. I have been left feeling extremely discriminated against by a 'branch manager" After a deeper devl into the personal life of the branch manager in question by looking at his/hers publicly open social media platform, I have been left absolutely disgusted. With your job title as branch manager displayed across your social media page you would expect a very professional person and someone who takes great pride in representation of there role at the company. But instead I have found nunmours 'shared' posts hatefully speaking on "Muslim and foreigners", people on benefits, and people of none British nationality. One post imparticular and I quote... That has indeed been shared by Robinson's very own branch manager... read " Lefties are saying that the union jack is offensive to Muslims and foreign visitors to great Britain....share if you couldn't give a f what these idio-t-s think" I am speachless, from such a professional person... representing this company and this is the things that are being openly shared publicly. Calling "lefties" idio-t-s and the reference to Muslims and 'forgiens' is highly offensive. As I'm sure many muslims, lefties and forginers as they are refered to, use Robinson's to sell, or rent property. And if this is the level of education and narrow mindedness display by a senior member of staff then I for one will never ever be using this company as a letting agent again. And may I add, the branch manager is open to have there own opinion and may not have been the creator of the numerous hate posts shared, however sharing these types of posts in my eyes is equally as disgusting as the individual who made it. Outraged.

We have had excellent service from both occaisions when we used Robinsons (Darlington and Bishop Auckland). Alison, Kathryn and Joy are all excellent to deal with and good communicators. I would happily use Robinsons again and don't hesitate in recommending them.

Please clarify the validity of cash offers when presenting them to a client. I inadvertently accepted what I thought was an offer from a cash buyer who actually needed finance, this was very stressful and disappointing and happened twice. Sold signs are added too prematurely in the process.

We have our property on the market with the Chester le Street branch. Early days but this branch seems understaffed and lethargic. I wish we'd gone with a more pro-active agent who would market it more aggressively and communicate better. It's like pulling teeth with them. Hard work.
