FacebookWe went into the Chesham branch of The Frost Partnership and were so glad that we did. We met a very very helpful lady called Lorraine who kindly told us so much information about Chesham as we were relocating from miles away. We went to see one of the properties on their books and fell in love with it. We were shown around by Alex who made us feel so at home and was a true pleasure to meet We loved the property and later called to offer on it. The following few days we dealt with Jacqui the branch manager and we can honestly say she truly was a huge help. She got back to us at every stage so quickly and our experience with The Frost partnership at Chesham was truly exceptional

TrustpilotLandlords be aware I had never used…
Landlords be aware I had never used them before April this year and in 30 years of property rental business I have never come across such an unscrupulous and unprincipled team of amateurs. The tenant introduced was a complete con man who paid no rent from month 3 and Frosts still send landlord statements with rent collection fees when they have failed to collect any rent for six months! I should have kept my property empty rather than rent it out through them.

Facebook'We have had nothing but great service from the Frost Partnership over the last year we have been looking for a property. Anthony Prokopiou has been amazing all the way through, going above and beyond and even though we were not able to finalise a property with Frost, Anthony has continued to follow up with us. The whole team are great at follow up, making appointments and scheduling on time. They know their properties inside out so are able to answer questions there and then. We couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely use Frost when we come to sell our property and purchase a new one. The team, lead by Richard, were always available to talk and provide helpful advice. They are such a nice team too and went above and beyond. FacebookGreg has been very helpful throughout the whole process of looking for a place to rent, within 15 minutes of the first initial phone call he had sent me 6 potential properties and from then we booked viewings soon after he was attentive and made the process very easy for first time rentals like myself! I had very precise criteria for the arrangement of viewings and communication of decisions which David ensured were kept to.Totally professional does not begin to describe just how impressed I have been. His appreciation of dealing with my mother, his knowledge of the area and process and it’s complications. GoogleBacon & Co's Harry Moreland handled our house purchase - so was not even officially our agent - but nonetheless conducted himself with efficiency and courtesy over the few months from our initial viewing to eventual purchase. I recommend him and the firm wholeheartedly. Notably, he never required chasing, instead updating us on a regular basis as to the progress of the transaction.

FacebookI purchased a house recently through Frost Partnership and I had a great experience with them. Alex Grace was really helpful all throughout, he was very friendly, highly professional, approachable, very prompt and swift in responding. I felt like he was there to help always when needed. I had few conversations with his other colleagues in his office also sometimes and felt all were very helpful and nice. Purchasing house is a bit of a stressful thing but when you have people to support you though your journey of purchase, It will make your life easy and less stressful. Keep it up guys. GoogleChris and the team at Bacon were fantastic. They were always happy to help and answered any questions we had, no matter how big or small. They made the process of selling our property run really smoothly. We only wish we had been able to find a property to buy with Bacon as well, as the experience we had with another agent in Worthing was dreadful. Which just highlighted for us how great Bacon are and I would, without hesitation, always use them going forward. Thanks for all your help team, we really appreciate it
