GoogleCan't thank Jacqui from Frosts and Partnership in Chesham enough. We put our family home of 49 years at chartridge Lane on the market as our dear dad had gone into a care home. She sold the house within 10 days and the sale went through stressfree and very smoothly. Highly recommend their service and kindness.

FacebookIt was such a pleasure to have worked with The Frost Partnership, Chesham, whilst buying my first home. Grace and Jess were stars throughout the process, they always came across as pleasant and personable whilst remaining professional. Nothing was too much trouble (and I was a pain at times, as i went back to view so often!) I had a small hiccup after completion and Grace followed it through to the end to get a resolution. I cant recommend them highly enough, they made a really stressful process much easier to deal with. I would work with them again without hesitation.

GoogleI saw a few other posts about how this company will accept your bid as a winner and then accept higher bids afterwards. I didnt think it was a big deal, maybe an accident. My first interaction with this company, I won an auction and received confirmation. They took another bid 40 mins later and lied about when that bid came in. I told them my lawyer is involved and they admitted they had made a mistake. I was told if the other party did not pay by 1130 I would be the winner again. The other party didnt pay and they started the auction again at a price above my winning and accepted bid. Trust in this auction house at your own peril.

GoogleThey treat buyers really badly, don't answer phone don't answer emails, and don't do what they say they will do, unprofessional bunch of jokers. The email address they gave me to discuss this further won't accept my email or doesn't exist. See screenshot. They can't even lie well

Darrell English at Frost’s was the Estate Agent I needed to deal with in order to buy my apartment; he was outstanding in the whole process! Darrell was extremely responsive to all my concerns and questions and cared a great deal about guiding me through this potentially stressful situation of buying a property- once again! I had not had good experiences with 2 previous attempts at buying apartments - but with Frost’s I felt things were going to work out at last ! The whole team at Frost’s is on board to help you reach your goal- no request is considered too inconsequential! The After Care is also wonderful ! So well done to Darrell English!, the whole team and Chris Frost at its head! You have all made my dream of living in Poole come true - after some very difficult experiences with trying to move! Currently in the process of moving out and they are making our lives difficult. Kept getting messages stating that my application isn't completed when I have screenshots proving it's complete. They also requested for physical copies of our identification and proof of address. Weather this is company policy or not, we both live in different cities and financially we can't travel to the office just so they can see a physical copy.

GoogleHave never had a phone call with less than 35 minutes on hold. Left a voicemail with no followup. Dreadful communication. Baffling. And using an automated voice for your menus is infuriating. How hard would it be to recording a human? Zero stars, would not recommend.

The company is a absolute joke. The staff are rude, talk down to you. I wanted to make a complaint, spoke to the manager who did not want to know, spoke to me like a piece of rubbish. Telling me it's not her staffs job to pass the correct information over to the people who are viewing the property. She even said it's ok for members of the public to stand by other peoples property, lean on their cars and film three house with the estate agent standing there watching them do it. The staff in the staines branch need a training course how to deal with people
