GoogleI spoke to sarah first over phone and she kind enough to see me in person the next day for a face to face. Sarah was extreamly helpful and she answered all of questions and i am looking forward to her helping me further in looking for a property. 10/10 for service.

I have recently purchased a house off the lovely ladies at peter alan talbot green. From start to finish everyone at the branch were extremely helpful! Lauren got me a last minute viewing on the property, which I am very greatful for.Zoe who showed me around was extremely lovely, both me and my auntie felt comfortable being showed around by her.Rachel done everything she possibly could to help, they all went above what I expected of them too! I couldnt thank them all enough🤗 I highly recommend the peter alan talbot green team!!I also recommend Mathew morris mortgage advisor from the peter alan bridgend branch.Thank you all xxx

GoogleIn stressful circumstances these guys were an amazing help throughout the process. Being the 'middle person' or 'messenger' is never easy, but they did it well. We pestered them for three separate visits to the house and many phone calls to chase up enquiries - they always interacted gracefully & professionally. Organised a viewing in maesteg area for them to only call 15/20 minutes before cancelling the viewing because the house had sold. Travelled multiple hours to be disappointed. Absolutely not trustworthy. They also knew we were first time buyers and this is our first ever experience and it's been tainted. I really hope there are trustworthy agents out there.

Worst managing agent I’ve ever have experienced. After renting properties through another agent decided to give Peter Allan a try as new property was out of area. From day one they mismanaged the property or basically didn’t mange the property at all. After the tenants moved out they missed over £1200 worth of damage then had the cheek to charge for the checkout inspection. So avoid at all cost you will definitely regret it.

before week ago i am taking with my Mortgage advisor wait and finger cross your money back but he try for me everything.so who is the taking responsibility for money back refund ? i lose the money 750 pound officially with non refundable plus they cancel of my offer from peter Alan and second they close for me reviewing, even not return back my money 750 pound, I have mortgage principle with Halifax bank i can go with anytime problem with building, not my money, plus England bank 6 month in your bank account ok even became one years that will be your saving. if no one can do it money back for 750pound ,closed the subject and refund to me as soon as possible, when your guys take from me 750 pound life time mortgage 28//march /2024 now and still i am waiting for refund back people and playing for me around like baskectball?who take the responsibility please to do for as soon as quickly . other way one pound for one day i will do it reviewing 750 time. i found the money not easy without sleeping and your guys saying me you will get mortgage pay the money we will process, now i pay the money where is my services. all close me chapter and taking my money refund to me as soon as quickly HOD people .

A consistently poor experience, PA is one of the laziest services I've had the poor fortune to deal with. We've had to chase them every step of the way for processes that had consequences for US - such as them simply never replying to essential emails regarding tenancy renewals.On multiple occasions, we've contacted the landlord directly to simply receive a timely response on urgent legal matters. They didn't send our contract within time for renewal, then proceeded to send it without any of the essential documentation, and later failed to follow up on essential checks.To this day, I'm not sure what PA actually bills for, as we've received only the most scant communication from them and - where that was the case - it was conveyed with a poor attitude, took far longer than is acceptable (e.g. no contract for renewal until the day prior - on a Friday), and required us to force the process at every step.At this point, it's a wonder PA is remotely functional, but I guess that's the nature of property agents who seem hell-bent on squeezing out profits without adding any value to the renting/landlord process. Avoid for renters, avoid for landlords.

Absolutely disgusting company. Was prepared for them to be letting agents for my elderly fathers home as he lives in London, they rushed through the procedures. Didn’t send him references until the week of the tenants moving in and then told my father he must remove all of his belongings the DAY BEFORE the move knowing full well he is in London and my dad questioning for 2 weeks about it being furnished!! Told the neighbours all of my dad’s business regarding the rental before even speaking to my father and also don’t ever answer the phone. The agreement has now been called off due to this, the tenants hadn’t even moved in and we are already having major issues! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolute waste of time showed us a property twice through an modern auction witch is an absolute ripoff where you could lose a lot of money before anything goes through and then told us when it came back to a normal sale with them that we had to go through the auction because we viewed it when it was and then to have a patronising on the phone I'm sure the seller would love to know about the fact that they refused a genuine offer. I wouldn't trust them to sell a tea pot let alone a house.

I am extremely disappointed and outraged by the appalling service provided by Peter Alan during our recent attempt to secure a rental property.From the very beginning, communication was horrendous. Despite paying the holding deposit and submitting all required referencing documents promptly, we received minimal updates on our application status. As our scheduled move-in date approached, we were left in the dark, constantly chasing for answers, only to be met with vague responses and further delays.The final, devastating blow came on the very day we were supposed to move in. After numerous attempts to get in touch, we finally received a call at 5:30 PM informing us that the landlord had decided not to let the property anymore and intended to sell it. This last-minute revelation has left us homeless, with no time to make alternative arrangements.As a pregnant woman, six months along, and with a one-year-old child, this situation is beyond stressful, it is unacceptable and irresponsible. The lack of urgency, transparency, and basic decency throughout this process has been infuriating. Moving home is already a stressful experience, and the blatant mishandling of our application has added unnecessary anxiety and hardship to our lives.I hope this feedback serves as a serious wake-up call for Peter Alan to drastically improve their communication and customer service. No one should have to go through the ordeal that we did, especially families with young children.

GoogleI cannot praise Sarah Hewitt enough for her diligence and professionalism. She went above and beyond in finding me the right tenant.A tenant viewed the flat with Sarah and a decision was made immediately to rent the flat. All of this was done within 3 working days. She was super efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about the lettings market. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sarah Hewitt in the future and I would highly recommend her. Superb!!!

Do not take face value on their reviews in Google, I'm reading more relatable experiences here. I've had a landlord enter the property without proper notice. They've lied so much I can barely keep track, they've lied to local shared regulatory services. Their own documentation they provided when we took on the contract contradicts their later lies, they are sneaky and very dishonest. Had to get the legal invovlement, pay solicitor fees, the ombudsman, environmental health and information commissioners office. The last one where they have falsely documented thing about us on their notes to cover themselves. Despite this all being evidenced you still cannot get any acknowledgement its like dealing with narcissists or an abusive person, just in letting agent form. I hope they get what is coming to them, it's people like this and landlords they do business with is why people are being taken advantage of and the property market is such a mess. They knew we had had an horrendous experience prior to this, the landlord later left us with broken windows for months. I'd be dead if I held my breath for some degree of responsibility on their part, that's if the stress or mould don't finish me off first.

GoogleGreat experience with this estate agent. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a different local estate agent, however the team here sold my house within two days. The sales progression service was brilliant, and they kept me updated the whole way through to completion. Katie and Heidi were first class. Would definitely recommend.

Peter Alan pulled out all the stops when someone had let down a prospective tenant and arranged an apartment visit, references and overseeing of the move within a matter of days. Extremely comprehensive and detailed inventory included in the price. Everything was managed in a seamless way by Luke, Fern and Jack who are friendly, efficient, professional and speedy. Brilliant job guys!

I will always stay with Peter Alan as they are a fantastic company and get everything done as quickly and as proffesionaly as possible, many thank to Jade Davies the branch Valuer at The maesteg branch for sorting everything out so quickly for me, Jade had put my house up for sale and just over a day later it was sold.
