GoogleJust bought our new home through the Property Centre. We ended up in a long complicated chain, but Jamie Dyer got us through it! When things stalled, Jamie contacted everyone involved in the chain and got everything back on course. We truly appreciated the regular updates from Jamie, and should we ever move house again, we will definitely use The Property Centre to sell with!

TrustpilotAfter a good start to our experience in…
After a good start to our experience in terms of selling our house it quickly went downhill. Trying to get accurate updates and a proactive approach to contacting relevant parties in our sale was very, very difficult to the point that my wife had to undertake this task on a daily basis. Constantly fobbed off and no real drive to support - we ended up giving them updates, which is surely wrong based on how much they were being paid. On the day of our move we had issues with the banking system, which caused some major stresses. They did not seem that bothered or willing to help. Again, we took it upon ourselves to try and sort, with the Estate Agent of the house we were buying driving things forward. If fact, our lead contacts at the Property Centre disappeared for the afternoon when we needed them most. I would strongly recommend avoiding the marketing and sales tactics they adopt, as you will end up very, very disappointed at the end of your experience.

GoogleBarney was the only agent that actually took time and invested on searching houses that could be of interest to us. Always very pleasant and professional. All the other agencies that we contacted to search for homes, would show us the one we would ask and not ask anything else, didn't seem very interested... But Barney was amazing! Thank you!
