She initially recommended a number of properties that she thought could be a good fit for us and has since helped us with the viewings. Rechay is very professional and knowledgeable. She offers useful suggestions and is always happy to answer any questions we have. We really appreciate Rechay’s approach and the support she provides throughout the process. GoogleAn amazing service from start to finish from the lovely Longlevens office to sell my much loved home! So professional but still extremely friendly and made me feel really comfortable from start to finish! GoogleOur house sale was a long-haul process due to a house fire just before exchanging contracts. After the damage had been dealt with and we put the house back on the market, there was no doubt we were going to work with The Property Centre again. Both Barney Jackson and Rechay Richardson were amazing with straightforward and informative communication, regular updates by email or phone call, and generally pleasant to deal with. Rechay's support getting the house to completion the second time 'round was invaluable. Thank you!

Our point of contact from then on was Claudette, Sales Negotiator who was wonderful. She supplied us with regular updates and answered emails from us promptly. GoogleFrom my first interaction on the telephone when there was an instant positive response to my query followed by very quick availability for a viewing to the completion in a very short space of time everything was excellent. Oliver was very knowledgeable, very helpful and made the whole process problem free and easy for me to process. I was extremely impressed with the positive manner in which this transaction was carried out and cannot speak highly enough of the help and advice received during the transaction.

GoogleThank you so much! Oliver went above and beyond to help us with this house purchase. He was super knowledgeable, really helpful and gave loads of advice throughout which really enabled things to keep moving. We faced lots of challenges with the chain due to my house sale, Oliver didn’t need to help but thankfully took it upon himself to so that we could keep things moving. I don’t believe we’d have got the purchase/sale done as quickly as we did without Oliver’s expertise. I wouldn’t hesitate to use The Property Centre again in future, the whole team were excellent! Used property centre for 2 purchases and as a managing agent since 2019 (7 years) so I have experience with this company. I have no idea what changed but they decided to operate like cowboy builders a tiny issue with the property and they sent out what I can only imagine is the most expensive drawer repairer in the world - on complaint they decided their customer service would be to tell me to f off it is what it is. Thus proving they do not manage anything. If you are thinking of renting through them remember this affects you also as they rip off the landlords it works it way into you rent. Horrible experience after all this time is very disappointing. Edit: their response is a complete lie they do not help their landlords they still haven't tried to do anything about this their customer service is poor

Please be assured that it is never our intention to recommend or arrange works that are unnecessarily expensive, nor do we seek to have works carried out at a cost that is not in our landlords' best interests. We add no mark-up to any contractor quotes and we only obtain quotations from reputable contractors and present these to landlords for consideration, but the decision on whether to proceed always remains with the landlord. Above all, our intention is only ever to support our landlords and manage their properties fairly, professionally and in good faith.

GoogleWe had a really positive experience with The Property Centre throughout the purchase of our new home. The communication was excellent, everyone was friendly and helpful, and we were kept updated throughout the process. What we appreciated most was that we never felt we had to constantly chase for updates. The team were proactive and always kept us informed when there were any developments. Buying a house can be stressful, but our experience with The Property Centre was smooth and much less stressful than we expected. We are very grateful for all the help and support we received throughout the process.

GoogleOur liason was Rechay Richardson who took over the process just after the offer and got up to speed fast. She was always available and knowledgeable, and handled some difficult issues really well when there were confusions about the type of insulation the house had. I would also mention the the house was sold twice, but the first sale was aborted due to a house fire. The Property Centre were excellent throughout and when the damage was repaired they immediately took the reigns and got it sold fast for a higher price. I couldn't be happier and am grateful for the work that Rechay did to get it over the line.
