My experience with The Property Centre in Cheltenham was professional, informative, and reassuring throughout the whole process of buying my home. As an older single woman, I really appreciated having someone who could provide clear guidance while also understanding and empathising with my situation. Rechay was calm, reassuring, and supportive, particularly during the times when the process became stressful and frustrating. She was always very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Whenever there were hiccups in the process, she explained what was happening clearly and liaised with my conveyancer to help resolve any issues and keep everything moving forward. Rechay was always approachable and available when I needed her, which gave me great confidence and reassurance throughout my home-buying journey. I am very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her and The Property Centre in Cheltenham.

Had an appointment booked. Drove up from Bristol to see the property. Waited 15 minutes, no show. Called the estate agent. They'd moved our appointment to a completely different day without even bothering to notify us. Complete waste of 2 hours. Disgusting service. So, if you're looking to sell, know this is how they treat buyers. No matter how much we love the house in the pictures and the area, we won't book with this agent again.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with Property Centre in Longlevens, Gloucester. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, helpful and professional, and I found the agency to be very proactive throughout the sale. They regularly provided me with updates on the progress of the sale without me having to chase them, which I really appreciated. The agency is also reasonably priced compared with other estate agents, which is a big plus, especially if you are looking to negotiate the best possible price for your property. However, there was one important issue that I was not happy with. When I received the offer, I was told that the buyer was a cash buyer. This was very important to us because we wanted a quick sale, and based on this information, we agreed to proceed with the offer. It later turned out that the buyer actually needed to sell their own property first, meaning there was a chain and they did not have immediately available cash to complete the purchase. This was a significant difference from what we had originally been told and, had we known the true situation from the beginning, we would not have accepted the offer, as speed was one of our main priorities. Unfortunately, this also meant that the whole process took considerably longer than expected. I would therefore strongly recommend the agency being more transparent and precise about a buyer's actual position when presenting offers. Whether this was simply a misunderstanding or something else, it left us feeling that we had not been given the full picture. Overall, though, the agency is very proactive, reasonably priced and the staff are genuinely lovely, so I would still recommend them, just make sure you ask very specific questions about the buyer's position and whether there is actually a chain before accepting an offer.

This is the seventh time I have used Estate Agents to sell a house and The Property Centre have been the best by far. From the very start with Chloe who explained the whole process, set realistic expectations and a realistic asking price, to John and his team doing the visits, Tanna the negotiator and finally to the amazing Abbi Hall who managed the painful sales process to the bitter end. The entire team were responsive, proactive and generally amazing throughout. This process was made more difficult by my first Buyer dropping out, but both times I got a Buyer after just a couple of days on the market. I couldnt recommend them more - amazing.
