GoogleFantastic service from start to finish! We can’t thank Susan and the whole team at The Property Centre enough for all their help throughout the process of buying our new home. A special thank you to Susan, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. Her communication was brilliant, she kept us updated at every stage and was always chasing things up and keeping everything moving right through until completion. Buying a house can be such a stressful process, but having someone so helpful, responsive and on the ball made such a difference. We’d also like to say a huge thank you to Victoria, James, Sharea and Keelan, who were all fantastic when showing us around the property and keeping us updated along the way. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. We really appreciate everything you all did to help us get into our new home and couldn’t recommend The Property Centre highly enough. Thank you all so much! 🏡❤️

GoogleWe have been using The Property Centre for decades. We purchased our 1st home through them and have used them ever since. We have purchased almost all of our rental properties through them, and they have been the managing agents since 2013. They have been great. I have had many agents try and tempt me away but The Property Centre have been fantastic. I have never had a reason to go elsewhere.

GoogleI have recently been going through the process of buying my first home after over a year of looking. Though I was initially becoming discouraged, Elliemay made the process much easier and a much more positive experience. Elliemay made the viewing process a nice experience without feeling rushed and also arranged for a second viewing for us in a timely manner with the owner which helped make the decision to buy much easier. Although the property wasn't for me Deanna found out what kind of property I was looking for and suggested a property currently on the market. GoogleWe had such a positive experience viewing a property in Cheltenham with Claudette. She was absolutely lovely from start to finish, so friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. She made us feel completely at ease throughout the viewing, gave us plenty of time to look around properly and was really knowledgeable when answering all of our questions. Claudette was incredibly personable and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable, with absolutely no pressure at all. GoogleVery happy with the service, I thought the valuation was fair, everything was clearly explained and they found a buyer quickly, The legal process was slow but I felt that the agents were on top of it and kept me up to date and chased up other parties when required. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

GoogleA really pleasant experience making the overall process a lot less stressful. All staff were helpful and clearly a lot of hard and persistent work went on in the background to move the purchase along. Great effort from everyone involved and I would definitely recommend to others. Shout out to Rechay who was amazing from start to finish. Always on ball with what was happening in the chain and responsive when raising questions about the property. As a first time buyer, I felt confident that the purchase was in safe hands which alleviated a lot of the worries.
