GoogleBooked a viewing with Northwood on a property. The viewing needed re-arranging, but Ryan was great and rang me 2 days in advance, and I also got a phone call a few hours before to remind me. The viewing was well organised and informative. Great customer service, friendly staff. Great company.

GoogleRecently moved out of a flat we rented through Rebecca at Northwood. No problems getting hold of a member of staff when we needed someone. Flat was in a lovely condition when we moved in and references and paperwork were dealt with quickly. We relocated so couldn't continue with tenancy, but would definitely use Northwood again if we came back to the area and would recommend them to others.

GoogleHave recently purchased a property found through Northwood. It was an uphill struggle lasting nearly 7months. The problems were nothing to do with Northwood and throughout the whole procedure, Northwood kept us informed and always replied promptly to any of our queries. Feedback from our tenants on the management is also positive which from my experience is fairly rare and clearly a sign of the great work they do.

GoogleI got asked to write this review weeks ago since Northwood are no longer my lettings agent and they would’ve got a good review until today. Northwood gave my name and phone number to an energy provider that is nothing to do with me, for an unpaid bill that wasn’t registered to my address 🤦🏼♀️ I was threatened with debt collection action over this bill, and Northwood had nothing to say except a very half hearted sorry, told it was fine since I wasn’t liable for the bill and an incredibly rude woman asking what else I expected her to do. Maybe find out who gave my details out? At the bare MINIMUM speak with the person who made the error and make the aware of the consequences on their mistake? Nope, none of that. Seems their complaints procedure could do with a serious review. On the positive side, our property manager (Milly) worked really hard to make our tenancy enjoyable and she is a credit to the company.
Dear Katie, I am sorry you have felt the level of service you have received is not adequate . I have listened back on the call and I cannot agree that the team member you spoke to was in any way rude. I can conform however that despite no longer managing the property you had been advised that we would indeed speak with the energy company and ensure they had the correct information so you certainly not be liable for any bills. The member of team also apologised for any confusion this may have caused . I would like to take this opportunity again to assure you that we will make sure the energy provider is contacted . GoogleNorthwood manage my small portfolio of both HMO and single let properties and I have been very happy with the service I have received to date. Good tenants have always been found for all of my properties quickly and any issues with repairs etc sorted promptly with minimal fuss. Holly has been my main contact at Northwood for around 5 years now, and I have been very happy with the personable and professional service she has given to a high standard throughout this time period. I am often away overseas for several months at a time and knowing Holly and the others from Northwood have been looking after my interests is always reassuring. Thank you. GoogleI work all over the UK and I've needed to rent many apartments over the last 10 years. Of all the estate agents I've dealt with, Northwoods stand hand and shoulders above the rest. Their care, level of service and professionalism are of the highest standard and I would recommend them to anyone. The entire team at the Cheltenham office are a credit the business. If I need to rent again, Northwoods would be my first choice.

They have managed my small studio flat since 2012 and I've always found the team to be totally professional and very helpful they always seem to find good tenants. I'm certainly at the bottom end of their business structure but they treat me as if I'm the most important. I would certainly recommend them if you're looking to let a property.
