GoogleExcellent service from a professional team. I received excellent advice on preparing my property for sale. Andrews were also very competitive and not gimmicky like some of the other agents I had considered. They kept me informed about viewings and were very attentive to potential buyers. I refused to accept a "best and final offers" approach as I believe this to be manipulative and immoral. This caused more work for the Andrews team, passing bids to me as they came in, but they handled this very effectively. Also, as there seemed to be inexplicable delays leading up to completion, the Andrews team were keen to contact the buyers to clear obstacles with their solicitors. She knew exactly what she was doing and so placed our house in the perfect position to get the best of its value. Karl handled the sale negotiations clearly and with patience, always available to answer the smallest of queries and explain what was happening. GoogleWe had nothing short of a shocking experience with Andrews throughout our nearly 2 year tenancy. They were okay at getting us in but then shocking afterwards, with some staff highly unprofessional. Our point of contact changed multiple times, emails were not answered for weeks, if at all and nobody was ever available when calling the branch. Maintenance issues took months to resolve or we were challenged that we were actually issues at all. To receive such treatment from a reputable and well-known estate agents was surprising. I would not recommend using their services as a landlord or a tenant. If I was to sell my new home I would not use Andrews due to the exceptionally poor service I received from the lettings team.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Have recently just moved out of a property with them, nobody turned up the whole day for the inventory/checkout and since then not a single email, call or text. I've called multiple times this week, everytime through to voicemail "because the office is closed" or no one is around to pick up the phone.
