GoogleLast Thursday I booked a online viewing for a house advised I will get a text which will follow me to a link where I can do a virtual tour “this has to be completed before a in person viewing” This tour was booked for today at 11:15 it’s now 13:28 and nothing. Attempted to phone multiple times no pick up. Feel sorry for whoever is trying to sell their house though Andrews! If they can’t organise a online viewing how will the manage with the more complicated things?

GoogleI would strongly advice any first time buyers (or any actually) from buying a property from Andrews in Cheltenham. Their representation if the vendors is shocking. Their communication is shocking. They have left me and my husband VERY out of pocket as, even though we requested to keep items from the sale multiple times IN PERSON, via email and phone calls they still did not instruct the vendors (even though the vendors asked & wanted 24 hour reponse but the didn't BOTHER to call me and then lied about emailing me) what we wanted to keep and it was house cleared!!! I am now spending money on new appliances and rewiring as the cowboy clearers ripped everything out the wall. Oh and we also moved in to the property with no running water but... Supposedly that's our fault as we didn't check it. Absolute disgrace. Will be contacting the estate agents ombudsman.

GoogleI thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt of viewing a property (a first time buyer) advertised with Andrews because the staff were polite and friendly on the phone, however it turns out they are completely incompetent, as all of these other reviews have stated. I booked a viewing for this afternoon, following an online viewing at the weekend. We turned up at the property in the pouring rain just to find an unexpected tenant shocked to see us there, and no agent in sight. I feel that correctly booking people in for viewings is such a bread and butter thing for an estate agents and it's absolutely unacceptable to leave potential buyers in the lurch like this after travelling to view a property themselves, only to be turned away because no one is available to show us around! An incompetent employee informed me they had booked me in, when apparently they had done no such thing, or cancelled without any attempt to try to let me know!! An absolute joke is an understatement to be honest. Avoid this company like the plague if you're thinking of buying or selling.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleTerrible customer service. Paid £50+ each so they could process our details for the landlord. Put in all our details and were just told to wait. Two weeks go by, we go into the office to see why we haven't heard anything. Turns out the employee who was meant to contact us about any problems just didn't so we had barely any time to correct our information. Ended up losing the house of course and had to rush to get another one with a private landlord.

GooglePoor customer service once you've sold. If you want absolutely no after sales care and no-one to return your call, then this is the Estate Agent for you. We ended up repeatedly phoning the Estate Agents that we purchased from to find out about the chain underneath us, rather than Andrews who were selling our property (and we were paying for!). In fact the only efficiency that we saw was the short time taken to send their invoice through.

GoogleThis agency is a joke! I was booked as a first one to see the flat after current tenant allowed viewings. After week of waiting, on the day of viewing i got a phone call that this property is being rented to someone else. Gave them a call trying to find out how is this possible when i was told to be the first one to see the flat. Their response was pretty much like "sorry mate, it is what it is".

GoogleAndrews were great in showing us around their properties and finally after many viewings, identified the property that we liked and helped with the negotiation. A big thankyou to Jill Edwards who kept everyone updated and pushed those along where necessary and managed some hurdles along the way too (buying / selling is hardly ever straightforward is it??)
