GoogleWe've just exchanged on a 2 bedroom flat in the Marconi Development in Chelmsford and the service that we've received from Fenn Wright has been excellent. The sale was made by Cameron Eade who was just amazing. From the first contact he's been so helpful. He arranged all the viewings and then kept in touch with us with feedback and you always felt that he was doing his best for us. We're so pleased that the sale finally went through after all his hard work as he deserves this. Hannah Potter has also been amazing at keeping in touch with us since the offer on the flat was accepted. She's been extremely helpful at keeping us up to date with what is going on throughout the whole process right up until exchange and easy to get hold of by email or on the phone with messages responded to almost immediately. If I had another property to sell I would definitely use Fenn Wright and have been so impressed with the incredible service which although friendly and helpful has also been extremely professional. I can't fault anything and would like to thank everyone involved in making this process as easy as it could be.

GoogleVery professional and attentive estate agent and also great customer care from Mr. Scott Cracknell, who arranged viewings quickly and was able to accommodate our timings and availability. He made some great recommendations regarding mortgage broker and setting up appointments. He also managed to secure the lovely flat for us and he is a credit to Fenn Wright index. Would trust him to manage our future tenancies for sure! We’d highly recommend to anyone! As a first time buyer in the beautiful city in Chelmsford this was greatly appreciated! Well what can I say about this company except they are very professional and helpful. We have had 3 homes to sell & 1 to buy and we have had this company to do all. Everything ran smoothly for all of them, I can't fault them at all. Whenever you wanted to ask anything they would help wherever possible. 2 particularly people I think went out of there way to help us which is Charley (Felixstowe) & Kyle (Ipswich) & I can't thank them enough. We are now happy in our new home and hopefully 2025 will be quieter.

Dealing with Charlie Howgego and her colleagues of Fenn Wright Felixstowe has been a delight. They followed through the initial enquiry to the sale, efficiently and courteously throughout.
