We used Fenn Wright for the sale of our flat in West Bergholt recently. From the initial contact and really impressive photographs (the flat looked stunning on Rightmove), through to completion we had regular updates to keep us in the loop throughout the sale. We were absolutely amazed that they sold our flat within a few days, despite it being Winter just before Christmas! Fenn Wright have been so accommodating and helpful from the off. We built up a good relationship with the team from day one. David Nesmith has been a great help, and just a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to deal with (even if we were very stressed). In a market where competition is fierce, Nathaniel has been nothing but composed and happy to assist, he listens and takes the time to actually get to know his prospective tenants. I spoke to most people on the team and felt they knew who i was and the stage of my sale I felt the company is honest and cares about their clients. I felt that I was communicated with in a timely fashion and my frustrations were understood. The feedback I received at the valuation of my house respected my feelings on parting with it. It was tough going at times but it is recognised as the most stressful thing you can do. And it is Thank you Fenn Wright

Mum and I live in the US, making it vital we had someone to guide us through the process while communicating each step at a time as selling a home in the UK is very different than selling a home in the US. Be very very careful if you rent a property from this company. They are not understanding at all and do not listen. They pocket holding deposits and refuse to pay it back. After knowing the circumstances too. Very very unfair company and I’m very disappointed that they badly ripped off my son and his partner.

I had a great experience with Fenn Wright from the initial viewing of the property I ended up purchasing, all the way through to completion. They helped me secure a great property at a really good price. I was made to feel important and valued as a customer even through the stressful times that can occur when purchasing a property. A special mention has to go to Kirsty who would answer all queries from me at sometimes silly times of the evening or even on her day off. She is a real asset to the company and optimises the values Fenn Wright has. Kirsty made the whole process feel easy even when it became tricky. I would use Fenn Wright at any given chance should I move again in the future. thank you all for an amazing experience from a buyer's perspective.

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars, I would. Company told my partner it was fine if he had a CCJ, so we went through the whole process, paid the deposit, then were declined as the CCJ was over the threshold that we were not informed about. If we were told there was a threshold & what it was, WE WOULDNT HAVE APPLIED. Now they are withholding our deposit.

We recently purchased our first home via Fenn Wright, Colchester - we honestly couldn’t recommend Kirsty and her team enough. All aspects of the purchase were dealt with efficiently and communication was excellent throughout all stages of the purchase. Any queries/issues that arose were promptly dealt with by the team which made what seemed a daunting process for us, incredibly straightforward and stress-free on our side. Kirsty was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects our house purchase, which completely filled us with confidence that everything was being taken care of. Will certainly be using Fenn Wright in the future and would highly recommend!

Professional and efficient service from start to finish. They quickly found a buyer who had nothing to sell, and who offered the asking price. Their sales progression team, especially Kirsty, were excellent and kept us informed as to progress of the transaction and kept in close touch with our buyers. Joshua ensured that I was updated at all times with regards to my property transaction in Ipswich. This as especially important as my solicitors levels of communication was negligible at times. Steve Lillistone was fantastic throughout the selling process. He explained in detail the options available to us, what the process involved and what to expect along the way.
