Having Kyle, throughout what was a really stressful and frustrating process, was a godsend. Kyle demonstrated genuine empathy and understanding during the times when I was at my wits end! We've just sold our house and bought our new house through Fenn Wright in Felixstowe, and they have been absolutely brilliant! Our main contact has been Charley, who has been so on the ball and efficient, knowing exactly what we were looking for and dealing with everything so smoothly! We went on the market end of January, accepted an offer end of March, and moved the end of April! As well as Charley we've been dealing with Ruby, Jazmin and Sienna, and they've all been super helpful and professional. We can't thank you enough!

GoogleI had my property up for sale for 4 months with a different agent. Although we had plenty of views we didn’t get the offer we wanted. Cameron was extremely helpful and totally understood what we wanted. The house was put on with Fenn Wright and we had an offer from the first couple to view. Any problems we’ve had with the buyers solicitors were quickly resolved by Cameron. I can’t recommend them enough.

I bought my house through Fenn Wright & they couldn’t have been more helpful. Constantly on the ball, chasing the right people at the right time to help speed up the process. The communication was excellent too and was consistent throughout, they reassured me at every hurdle and explained anything that might be confusing. I could not recommend these people enough, especially Kirsty. She was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to buy my house through. This is my second experience of using Fenn Wright and I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough! Scott, Cameron and Angie are always so helpful, always one step ahead with great communication. Moving house can be extremely daunting and our move was unfortunately met with many hurdles but Scott worked tirelessly to make sure the end result was successful. The relationship we have built with Scott in the time we have been going through this process has really meant a lot to us. He has taken great personal care, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and has really gone above and beyond. Thank you all for you time, care and patience.

GoogleThe service we received from the whole team at Fenn Wright was excellent with special thanks to Jack and Cameron who guided us through the sale process from the start to a successful completion. The sales brochure was very well produced and the way the multitude of viewings were managed during the pandemic was very professional and took all the pressure of us. We never had any difficulty in contacting someone in the team and they were always friendly and very helpful, so I certainly have no problem in recommending the agency.

GoogleExcellent service from Fenn Wright, in particular Cameron and also Laura in sales progression. Cameron managed to secure a buyer for my flat within a matter of days and even before the marketing photos were taken and under difficult circumstances too as the flat is currently undergoing cladding replacement and I expected securing a buyer would prove difficult, however Cameron and Fenn Wright exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended!

GoogleMoving is stressful, but it has been so much less stressful with the team at Fenn Wright. In particular Jack and Cameron (Chelmsford) who made the sale and Hannah P our sale progressor (Stanway) who has got me through all the queries from the buyers/solicitor's. Hannah has always been the kind patient person at the end of the phone/email and I cant thank her enough!

I am a tenant renting through Fenn Wright and a few maintenance issues have cropped up over the last few months. Jake Richardson in the property management team has been so helpful, always getting in touch super quick - quicker than i'd expect from a really big , busy lettings team and really good at communicating and keeping tenants updated. He has made the process of getting things repaired so easy , and smooth. Thank you Jake and also Roseann and Ross and the rest of the Fenn Wright team. Always very organised and super helpful.

GoogleCould not speak highly enough of Scott and the team and would highly recommend using Fenn Wright to anyone looking to sell their home. We had a particularly difficult sale due to well documented issues around flats and external cladding. I can genuinely say that Scott went above and far beyond in order to help get our sale over the line. He was always on hand to answer our questions and provide updates. Our lives were on hold and without the knowledge and expertise of Scott helping to co-ordinate between all parties I am confident we would not have been able to sell. We had previously been marketing with another agent and the difference when we moved to Fenn Wright was completely night and day. The quality of the marketing brochure was far superior.
