Hi Fulcrum, Thank you for posting your recent review. Naturally, I was disappointed to read your comments and wanted to respond accordingly. Rest assured, any property featured by us on property portals are actively available at the point they are uploaded. At present there is a general shortage of rental property across the UK, matched with overwhelming demand. Unfortunately, a letting agent can only let the property to one interested party and of course those missing out are left frustrated which is understandable. We would generally encourage tenants to register with us, as because when new properties become available we dispatch automated alerts to those concerned. However, this would not mean those properties would not be released onto property portals as our landlords expect us to market them across various media platforms. Rest assured, we are very active letting properties as well as selling them and have been doing so for many years. In fact, we employ different teams who specialise in one of the two disciplines, so if you provide me with your daytime telephone number I will arrange for our lettings Manager in Chelmsford to call you.
