GoogleUnprofessional and lazy. They made several mistakes in contract. In our names and current address. Forget to add the deposit to payment and then calling and threatening us we MUST pay is ASAP instead simply apologize and asking to pay. When moving out, they arranged viewings for new tenants and didn't turn up for some without letting us know. Then wanted a viewing on the day we were moving out, we refused this due to lot of work and boxes everywhere etc. And they wanted us to brig the keys to the branch, even we agreed with landlord we leave them with neighbor. We told them they can collect it on the day, but they didn't have time (but had time to come with someone for viewing...) Now waiting 4th week for deposit. Lucky enough our landlord has been great,as the agency is useless.

GoogleI bought my property through Beresfords a few years ago and found the service excellent so I decided to use them again this time. What's great is the team from before are still there and their experience and knowledge helped us sell for a great price to a great buyer, they check all the buyers financials and this helped cancel out the less serious/reputable buyers which could've cost us our purchase, would defiantly use again.
