Hi Wendy, I was naturally concerned to read your comments and very surprised that you have found our staff rude and unhelpful, as this is not the culture we create amongst our personnel at Beresfords. Unfortunately, demand from tenants at present significantly outweighs the supply of available properties, so I appreciate fully those tenants' frustrations who are unable to secure something. I was a little unsure as to the meaning of your comments "as we get a little help with rent they are not willing to help", but please feel free to contact me directly to clarify this at sb@beresfords.co.uk.
