Hi Boladale, I was naturally disappointed to see you left a 1 star rating, but no comments. I understand that the relevant people you have dealt with at Beresfords have made attempts to contact you by telephone without success to find what prompted you to leave this rating. Messages have been left on your voicemail but so far, we have not heard back from you. As a business we always pride ourselves in delivering the highest standards of service to our customers so are always keen to receive detailed feedback in the isolated cases where particular clients feel we have not met their expectations.
