Unfortunately, as no comments were listed I can only assume that your 1-star rating is because you failed to secure a suitable property to rent via ourselves on two separate occasions. Naturally, I can fully appreciate your disappointment at not securing either, but there was significant interest from various parties on both properties and ultimately it was the landlord's decision in terms of which set of tenants they chose to proceed with. I hope this helps provide a clearer explanation of our company's position in this respect.
