GoogleThey just want to keep their landlords happy while ripping of the tenants. Stay away for them. I never had such a bad experience with a letting agency.
Mr Nortier, I wanted to reply personally to the recent review you left about the services provided by our company. Having checked our records, although a tenant in one of our properties, you actually vacated over a year ago so am a little unsure as to why you have only just left your 1* review. We certainly never advocate ‘ripping tenants off’ as you have suggested and if you had genuinely experienced issues and raised them with us at that time we would of course have investigated further and done all we could to resolve matters to your satisfaction. GoogleVery disappointing service. Although aware that if a house sale falls through this is not in their control. The service we received was the most unprofessional service we have received. Lack of communication and a lots of mistakes throughout the sale. The staff there don’t seem to be working on your behalf which results in a lot of stress and frustration.
