me and the boizzz went to buy a 67 mansion and explained our friend group to Ohio and during the open house they offered us BEANZZZ and mango but only up to 6-7 slices then they gave us sum pennies and then one of the people at the open house offered us a barber shop haircut that cost a quarta😂 but overall a 6/7 Ohio diddyblud exprience🥭 🪙🥀❤️🩹6️⃣7️⃣🤡😈

GoogleEstate Agents get a bad rep but Adrians were really good at helping us to sell our house- given the market we are very pleased with how quickly they managed it. GoogleWe were very happy with the diligent and professional service we received from Gary in particular at Adrians. Throughout the process of buying our house, we were kept fully up to date with the progress of the transaction and they were always proactive in liaising with solicitors and other agents in the chain to keep things moving. No request was ever too much and any questions raised to the vendor were always responded to promptly. We would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Adrians and should we look to buy or sell again this is a local agency we would definitely look to engage again.

GoogleAdrian's provided an excellent service during our house purchase. We were regularly kept informed at key moments throughout the process, and they were great in chasing up the Solicitors to speed things up. We were keen on meeting the end of June Stamp Duty deadline and I believe Adrian's service assisted in doing this. Katherine was extremely professional and knowledgeable in all communications, and we appreciated Ray's insight at the viewing and offer stage. All in all I would recommend Adrian's and we would use again in the future if buying or selling again in Chelmsford.

Craig has supported me from the very start, being very understanding and never being a salesman he has been considerate to my situation, extremely helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. Rian was particularly helpful, calm and proactive. Without him constantly going back and forth between all members of the chain and financial advisors I doubt very much if my purchase would have gone through to completion. He co-ordinated the whole process and I would recommend Adrians but Rian in particular as an agent to anyone buying or selling property. Thank you Rian.

GoogleI originally posted a poor review because I felt they had been unresponsive, however, it now seems they had tried to contact me. I have now met with Nigel from Adrians and can say that it was good to meet with an Estate Agent who actually knows what he is talking about and is honest. I will certainly use Adrians again after that meeting and happily rate them above the other Agents that I have dealt with in Chelmsford.

We must say Adrians Estate Agents in Chelmsford were excellent, particularly Katherine who worked her socks off to keep the sale going when all seemed lost. She is a credit to the team. The initial valuation visit was fine and professional and Gary had great local knowledge and we soon agreed a sensible offer price. Adrians then quickly set up a number of viewings that met our criteria and of the initial viewings we accepted one that was near enough to the asking price. That’s when the hard work really started and Katherine came to the fore. Although issues in the chain didn’t allow us to complete as we wanted this was not of their making and they helped us negotiate this difficult period. Thank you Adrians and Katherine in particular for your hard work and professionalism.

GoogleGary was pleasant, organised and efficient. However the sevice deteriorated after agreeing to use Adrians. I believe their service would be improved if there was 1 named agent as a point of reference and not spread amongst the team as standards varied. There appeared to be a reluctance to take a set of keys to show clients (and a gas engineer) around, which meant I had to alter my shifts accordingly. Ironically Gary stated there should be some give and take. It seemed I was giving and everyone else was taking advantage. 3rd August 2019. I entered the branch as staff member K. had a query. When I entered a male agent abruptly spoke to me enquiring what I wanted. I believe he was the same person who inferred I should take the first offer made to me (much lower than the valuation) and later said to me abruptly, " You keep saying there are 2 people who will make an offer but they havent came back". I was under the impression that the agents acted on behalf of the paying seller and they were supposed to chase up potential buyers. 24th October. I rang the branch and spoke to K. She spoke to me in a slow and monosyllabolic manner repeating the same answer 4 times without checking my understanding in a manner which implied either I was 5 years old or that I had a learning disability. 5th November. Day of completion. Adrians did not pass on the message that the buyer was not moving in untill 17.00 This would have made things a lot easier on me. Adrians may be one of the cheapest agents but for what they do they are still expensive. They come do across as acting more in the buyer's interest than the seller.
