The estate agent, Gary, came to our property and provided good advice on maximising its value and provided us with a well researched estimated value. A buyer was found very quickly and Adrians kept us regularly updated regarding the sale and liaised with the buyer and our solicitor to ensure the sale proceeded with minimum delay. We have been very satisfied with the service provided by Adrians and would recommend them to others.

Although my property ( in Billericay) was out of the usual catchment area for Adrians Estate Agents, this do not cause any problems at all. My property was listed within 24 hours, with pictures and all viewing were accompanied by an experienced member of the team. House was sold within a week and whilst the very long chain meant completion took a few months, I was impressed with the level of communication throughout.

The guys at ADRIANS were fabulous. They worked for me, kept me in the loop at all times. Moving is a stressful process but they took that all away from me in the handling of my purchase and sale. They gave valuable advice and were a pleasure to do business with. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you are selling your house you would be crazy to go with anyone else.

GoogleWe have just bought a house through Adrian’s- the first viewing was great, Daniel was very experienced and had lots of information about the house and area (we already lived in the area- so knew what he was saying was correct about the type of house and area). Once our offer was accepted- everything seemed to be too much, after two weeks our solicitors contacted us to say that they had not received the sellers paper work. So I contacted the office, I was told (in a unprofessional manner) that it hasn’t been 2 weeks since they sent the paper work, so we would have to wait until the following week then they would check. On the day the two weeks were up- my husband decided to call, this time he spoke to Ray, Ray was extremely helpful- the sellers had not actually seen the paper work yet- so if the first person had spoken to them, it would have been quicker! We called another time, to make a second viewing- just before we were meant to exchange contracts - we were made to feel that their time was very important and it was an inconvenience to them, to let us in the house again, even though we were about to spend £100ks on this property! During the 14 week process we found Ray the director the most helpful- calling the office always seemed hard work, if we spoke to anyone else! So my husband would just ask directly for Ray or we would email him! Apart from the staff being abrupt - Adrian’s wasn’t as bad as some other Chelmsford estate agents we came across in the 14 months we were searching for our new home!

GoogleEXCELLENT SERVICE from beginning to end. All the team (especially Daniel & Katherine) went above-&-beyond to ensure the sale of my late fathers house was effortless and as stress free as these things can be. The valuation and market-price we were given was spot on and we received exactly what we were after without any quibbling or hassle from the eventual buyers. They were always available, always willing to help and offer advice when we needed it without hesitation and in a friendly manner. We were always well informed at every stage and the handling of viewings was dealt with seamlessly and without hitch. Oh, and the fees weren't too bad either. All in all it's a resounding thumbs up from us and a HUGE thanks to the team once more. We didn't regret the choice, you shouldn't either.

GoogleGary from Adrians has been very helpful throughout our long journey to sell our parents' home. From the initial visits to value the house and take photos he has been consistently helpful, including very quickly finding new buyers when the first buyers “fell through”. He has chased up both buyers' and sellers' solicitors, provided sound advice when we needed it and remained in constant communication throughout. Other staff members have also all been polite, friendly and professional, contacting us promptly with updates. We would like to say a big “Thank-you” to Adrians and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their excellent service to others.

GoogleI am immensely grateful to Adrians, especially Nigel as the lead contact, for their support with buying a new home. Not being local, it can feel daunting. Though when I met with Nigel and his team, I knew I was working with the right agent. When navigating the buying process, Nigel was professional, patient and highly empathic. Equally, he would also not hesitate to challenge my thinking at crucial points. Even though I raised many questions, not only did he answer them all comprehensively, I never felt I was asking too much. In addition to his responsive team, for me, that’s fantastic customer service. I cannot recommend Adrians highly enough for making me feel welcome in a place I will now be calling home. Exceptional.

GoogleWe have used Adrian’s every time we have moved, their fees are extremely competitive, but more importantly they do what they say they will do. We have sold two houses with Adrian’s in the past couple of years and both were sold within days. Always willing to offer great advice. We were constantly updated throughout the process. Gary and Catherine couldn’t have been more helpful. I would highly recommend Adrian’s and personally I wouldn’t use any other estate agent.

We were purchasing our first home, and adrians have been amazing from Start to finish. Staying in contact with us to give us any updates, and arranging for people to go in for quotes on work needed. FacebookInitially we looked at a couple of estste agents in Chelmsford but we chose Adrians because they seemed more "local" and gave me a realistic selling price. I mainly dealt with a chap called Toby Austin who was really helpful and answered all my questions. Other members of the team were also great, especially in the closing of the sale. Also, because I live in Ipswich, I was confident that the Adrians staff at Chelmsford would arrange things like house clearance without me having to travel back and forth.
