We recently used Adrian’s for selling our home and it just so happened that the property we liked was also being sold through Adrian’s. From the beginning, I spoke with Dan who was very reassuring, respectful and supportive. He explained everything in detail and really made the whole process much easier that I didn’t even feel the need to look into other estate agents. The other members, Nigel and Katherine were also very helpful. Poor Katherine and Dan still had my stress dumped on them towards the end and they just took it all away and helped get everything over the line. I would 100% recommend Adrian’s, I even told a friend recently that they should use them for their upcoming sell too and that was before my completion! We’re now in our new home and settling in. Thank you all for your help, my family and I appreciate it.

Although Adrian’s wasn’t my estate agent, but rather the agent for the property we were purchasing, I was really impressed with their service throughout. They were helpful from start to finish and made the whole process much smoother. A special mention has to go to Catherine, who went out of her way on several occasions to offer support and helpful advice. Her professionalism and willingness to assist really stood out. Overall, a very professional service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adrian’s to others.

Adrian's were keen to sell my house and I chose them for two main reasons. Firstly they understood my apprehensions as a single female seller, and offered to conduct the viewings themselves. Secondly they gave a considered and realistic valuation of my property. They built a reliable, professional and supportive relationship throughout the whole process. When I first met Gary at my late mother’s house he was very enthusiastic at the chance of selling my mums house but was not your typical salesman, which is what I liked about him. Great service We made an offer on another bungalow and was accepted then our buyer pulled out which wasn't our fault and fell through only to get a solid buyer on ours again and thought we could secure the bungalow but they accepted another offer which was upsetting for my wife who's been through alot of pain lately and can fully understand why they did...anyhow Nigel has been great throughout and wish the other buyers the best of luck

Great. Would recommend. Me and daboiz loved it- I would give Adrian’s 67 stars if I could. Only complaint is that the MANGOEZ and MUSTAAAARD- were out of stock, and when I asked Adrian where they were he didn’t explain his friend group. Big let down. But overall, I would recommend Adrian’s. Bring 41-69 friends if you ever go. The eefoc here is absolutely amazing. They do haircuts there that cost a quarter. Please come here and show the bebehz support just as me and my 41 friends did. ❤️🥭❤️

My partner Luke and I can’t recommend Adrians highly enough. Having already been listed with 2 previous agencies, once we instructed Adrians we felt their professional support and communication surpassed our previous experiences. Everyone who was sent to view our property were good potential buyers, we felt no one had wasted our time, as well as being contacted about appropriate properties for us to consider buying. Great team of people. Property valuation and marketing was very efficient. House was sold on an open house day carried out by the agents themselves. We had 5 offers on that day. Adrian’s collated all five offers including the buyers position. The progression of the sale did not go entirely smoothly but that was no fault of the team, indeed without their constant intervention the process may well have stretched on. Very happy to recommend Adrian’s especially Dan and Katherine in my case. However everyone I spoke to throughout the process was very friendly and helpful.

I would definitely recommend Adrians. The house sale had been a protracted and frustrating process up to the point that Adrians was asked to become involved and re-list the property. They very quickly arranged a number of viewings, and within a short space of time a suitable offer was received and accepted.
