Tracy Wright - Ebbsfleet Garden

I recently used Tracy Wright at Ebbsfleet Garden City as my Sales Progressor, and she was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. My sale took 9 months and Tracy worked hard to ensure I finally got my sale over the line, and I couldn't have done it without her. Her friendly yet assertive approach made me feel at ease and assured at the same time, and she always kept me up-to-date with the progress. I highly recommend using her to get a result.

I bought a house through Robinson & Jackson and I think they are truly amazing ! Right from the start ( arranging first viewing ) until completion ( less than 3 months later) they have been nothing but super professional and helpful. They have answered any queries within minutes, excellent communication and support. The dates given to me as a guideline ( exchange, completion , etc.) were kept exactly the same from start to finish. The whole team - Natalie, Sam and more were great! Friendly, professional, and helpful , they made the whole process like a walk in the park... Thank you! We are so happy in our new home! Best, Martina

Lettings team at Welling very poor

Lettings team at Welling very poor. As a landlord they left all the tenants checks until the last minute causing undue stress for me and the tenant. They fail to ring back numerous times and have poor communication in terms of taking action. Although they answer the phone promptly they don't take time to discuss things or give advice on the phone. I have switched agents and am astonished how much better the new letting agency is performing. I hope they improve their service. The online service for storing documents is very good and reminders are also good but let down by lack of support from the team.

I cannot praise the estate agency enough. Their help and support throughout was exemplary. Special mention to their Sales Progressor Angela Schoeffer, this lady never failed to answer any queries I had and was very patient with me. Highly recommend.

We’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Holly Casey and I cannot fault her. She goes above and beyond- finding out what she can to the questions I’ve asked. She is making the experience of buying a house quite pleasant

I have had a great experience of purchasing a property through Robinson Michael and Jackson. I would always recommend their services, regardless of whether you are buying or selling, the whole process was nowhere near as stressful as I had initially imagined which is a credit to the staff at the branch - including Tammy who has been fantastic!

Horrified that Michael Robinson and Jackson gravesend branch, insisted on seeing our financial situation, and copies of our mortgage offer just to get a first viewing of any of their clients property's, do they not recognise that we are the customer and we pay their salaries, very unhelpful, will go to other more friendly estate agencies and will strongly advise anyone to use a different agent.

Blackfen highly recommended

I am so grateful to Robinson & Jackson Blackfen for their support & guidance throughout the sale process. I was impressed how quickly I received offers for the house & from then on the support was above & beyond my expectations. I had assumed once the offer was accepted, they would leave the solicitors to take over with me having to do any chasing myself. This was not the case at all. I was very grateful to receive weekly (sometimes more) updates from R&J & any queries I had were dealt with quickly & efficiently in a friendly manner. When potential issues with the buyer occurred, the staff resolved them to my satisfaction making me feel fully supported by them. I highly recommend this agency & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
