GoogleAngela and the rest of the team at RMJ Chatham have been nothing short of fantastic in helping us purchase our brand new home. They truly went above and beyond to support us, chasing solicitors and lenders in our behalf and always keeping us Informed. Whether you're buying or selling I would definitely recommend using them!

TrustpilotRobinson and Jackson Blackfen had…
Robinson and Jackson Blackfen had marketed a property with 'ample off street parking,' which consisted of 2 parking spaces on a driveway. After putting an offer in and getting accepted I asked to view the property again but the branch manager was reluctant to do so. I paid for the searches as he was being pushy then he was more relaxed about a second viewing. After asking again about the parking another estate agent confirmed she didn't know. She sent me the plans and after I checked them, it was clear no parking spaces belonged to the property. The branch manager said he would do what he would to get the matter resolved but obviously he couldn't do anything then he started to be quite rude again and was nit compromising between myself and the seller to re negotiate the price. I've now walked away from the property but lost out on £378 due to searches being paid for. Just be careful. Check everything don't be fooled by their marketing. I've got evidence of the marketing and the plans as they have now since changed it all.

GoogleI can’t thank RMJ Chatham enough for helping the sell of my property to be as smooth as possible. I was always kept up to date without chasing them. They were professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

GoogleI'm sure I'm not alone when I say that dealing with some estate agents can be very frustrating. Not only when you are a seller, but also when you are a purchaser. And so I find dealing with Robinson Michael and Jackson a refreshing experience. I've recently completed a purchase through them, and I've been made to feel like a valued customer at all times. I've been informed of developments regularly. And they've been very good at keeping my solicitors informed also. There isn't a doubt in my mind that I would use them to sell a property should that ever be necessary. They are very good. And I say this as someone who has bought and sold dozens of properties over a long life time. If you're looking for professional service from courteous people then this is the agent to choose.

TrustpilotLong term renters to first time buyers! Thank you Robinson Michael & Jackson!
We have just bought our first home through Robinson Michael & Jackson and cannot recommend them enough. From the viewing of the houses to picking up the keys they were great! They listened to what we wanted from our first home and delivered! We had issues with our solicitors (not through Robinson & Michael & Jackson) delaying the process and not responding to us, Jo was really helpful, always available to answer any questions, giving regular updates on the progress of the chain and she was able to help us to push through the solicitor issues and get us in our home! As first time buyers we didn’t really know what the process was and what to expect, they helped us to understand everything that was happening when our solicitor was unhelpful. We are really happy with the service we received and if we decide to sell in the future they will be our first call!
