GoogleMight be OK if you're a landlord but I wouldn't go near them as a tenant. The property we were renting was being sold, not that we knew it at the time, and without our knowledge or consent they photographed the interior of the house for the sales pack. When we moved out they tried to charge us for a replacement lawn. Fortunately I'd annotated (and attached photographs to) the inventory that we gave back to them after we moved in. I don't think they were the slightest bit embarrassed when I directed them to a photograph they'd had in their possession since we moved into the property, which showed that what was left of the lawn was in an appalling condition. At least we got our deposit back and have a story to tell but never again.

GoogleTelephoned this morning to enquire which floor an advertised apartment was situated on as website failed to say. Explained to pleasant lady who answered the telephone who then put me through to lettings where I was met with an abrupt "you wish to book a viewing for 'Hut Farm Place?" I said 'No I wish to know which floor it is on" to be met with this shouting obtuse person (lettings director who refused to give her name (sic)!!) saying "you can't view it as it's let agreed, it does say on the website". Terrible attitude continued as this 'lady' began to shout over me. Not the way to deal with prospective clients and certainly not the way to create a good impression of the company. In the end I had to terminate the call due to her rudeness. As I was calling from abroad I did not intend wasting any further time or money being shouted at. A lettings agent to be avoided.

GoogleAbsolutely diabolical letting agents. Do not give a single sh*t about tenants. We are living in a barely habitable house. We have half a front door for Christ’s sake!! Been back and forth over the past 18 months or so trying to sort various maintenance issues. Not a single one has been resolved! As soon as we start to get somewhere, I get an automated message saying the member of staff I’m dealing with has left, and it starts all over again. I would seriously AVOID!!! The companies they use are almost as bad too. Still waiting on that phone call after their contractor didn’t show last week. I had a decent boilerman once, he now refuses to do any work for JR as it took them 2 months to pay him!! Absolute shambles.

GoogleReally unprofessional estate agents. They made the whole process very difficult and stressful moving both in and out. They made us wait around for hours on the move in day and when they finally did let us in, provided us with the wrong set of keys twice. They even tried to charge us for issues that were outlined in the moving in report. These are just two of the many issues we had with them. Very poor service. I have lived in 4 different rental properties in the local area during the last six years and never had such trouble. Would recommend using another company where at all possible.
