I cannot recommend Jonathan Rees Property Services enough. Jonathan, Richard, Jas and Wendy provided excellent communication throughout the sales process and were proactive in keeping me informed throughout. Even when I had queries they were responded to very promptly. Their advice was invaluable and nothing was too much trouble. Having lived at my property for 21 years they provided reassurance throughout and I am very grateful that they sold my house at the price I was hoping to achieve. Great service!

Richard @ Jonathan Rees was nothing short of outstanding during the process of selling our house recently. We choose Richard as he actually showed us around a house that we wanted to purchase and our experience of buying was made so much better by him. We wanted that experience to reflect with people buying our house so choose him to do that for us. Excellent and informative lettings & sales service

I'm reviewing this agent as both a landlord and a seller. Landlord: I have been letting my property via Jonathan fully managed service for five years. The service provided by the Chandlers Ford lettings dept has always been excellent. The tenant selection process was good, payments I received were always prompt, I was kept fully informed throughout and minor issues with the property were quickly resolved.. Seller: When it came to selling the property, I used Jonathan Rees sales office in Chandlers Ford and experienced the same high level of service, obtaining the asking price for my property.

Helpful , honest and trustworthy!

This was not your average sale. Started off as my uncle selling to move in with us but he sadly passed away before that could happen. It then became a sale for his estate. Matthew couldn’t have been more helpful and compassionate. My aunt and uncle were hoarders and he was non judgmental and kind. Constantly in touch and always easy to get hold off I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. In fact I wish they had a branch up here in Andover!!

I have used Jonathan Rees for 4 years now as a landlord and have also recently sold the same property through them. Their service is second to none! You may think you can find a slightly cheaper option when it comes to rental but I urge you not to bother. I have had no problems in 4 years because of the swift and precise work of the team at Jonathan Rees. When it came to selling the property they weren't pushy but gave excellent advice so that I could make informed decisions. They recommended preferred partners (who were also excellent) and the sale was complete in a little over 6 weeks. My wife and I have dealt with JRPS for more than 6 years, having bought , sold and let property through their various departments. We initially engaged their "tenant find" service for our let property, with great results. We found all staff at JRPS to be very courteous, friendly and totally professional in all matters.
