Cannot recommend highly enough! Jonathan Rees sold my mother’s house years ago with such professionalism, they got the best possible price and patiently explained the whole process to her at every stage with such respect for her advancing years. There was absolutely no hesitation who we should choose to sell her current apartment when she passed. And they did not disappoint - in fact they excelled themselves. Far from it - Jonathan, Jas, Wendy and the team negotiated the best possible price, were constantly offering advice and guidance and sealed the deal! Very professional and so friendly. I experienced a first rate service with Jonathan Rees. I dealt mainly with the sales director Jas who was professional and knowledgable of both the area and the market. I could always reach her or colleagues by phone, and if not they would get back to me promptly. They also went above and beyond their remit, for example being at the property when a stairlift was being removed, and going round to read the meters as I lived some way away from the property I was selling. I highly recommend Jas and the team (as well as Jonathan himself!) at Jonathan Rees if you are looking for an honest and professional estate agents to sell your property.

Selling a property is a very rare event so was a bit daunting. But from the very first contact with Jaz right up until completion we realised were in good hands and had nothing to be apprehensive about. Jaz and indeed all of the staff at Jonathan Rees were helpful, professional, sincere and competent. We were very impressed with the regular updates and the delivery of feedback immediately after viewings. And all the way through the process we valued the thoroughly efficient way Jaz and the team went about their work. Purchase of property through Jonathan Rees

We have just purchased a property through Jonathan Rees and found them to be friendly and helpful. Pro-active sourcing of tenant for a vacant property.

The Jonathan Rees Office in Chandlers Ford is a busy one with staff assisting both tenants and landlords. My property had been vacant for over 2 months and Andrea and the team were successful in finding a new tenant for me very quickly. Other agents had been unable to find a new tenant after mine had left unexpectedly to relocate up north. I am also impressed with the fact that when a maintenance situation arises I only need to make one call to the Jonathan Rees office rather than having to liaise with another ‘parent’ organisation. If I have a requirement to let the property again then Jonathan Rees will definitely get the brief and I have recommended them to colleagues and friends. Sale of house

Matthew and his colleagues at Jonathan Rees Chandlers Ford were excellent at supporting a buyer with complex and changing wishes to proceed to completion whilst implementing my wishes and communicating very well with me. Without the interpersonal skills of the Matthew, and others in the sales team I suspect the sale would have fallen through so I am very pleased with the service provided and feel the branch excels in their attitude and approach which is in contrast to styles I experienced from other established local agencies. Lovely customer service - Olivia

Olivia came to inspect my flat on a few occasions. She is such a lovely person she was very chatty and felt like id known her years. She always dressed smart and said hello to my baby when she came in.She was very approachable with any questions i had , upon getting my deposit back she communicated very well with me and sent any details i asked for. Its a shame i will no longer be a tenant of Jonathan rees as i thought Olivia and Dominique were fab employees of yours. They were always so happy and helpful. An Amazing Sales Team.

We had used this company as a letting agent for as long as I can remember so, when it came to selling, they were the obvious choice.. The two properties we had to sell were at the top and bottom end of the market but the agency made no distinction between them. The service for both was excellent. In particular I'd like to praise their sales director - Matt Lunney. He was so supportive; always on top of every new situation and there to advise me throughout. I don't know what I would have done without his help. We had buyers for both properties within a couple of weeks so, not only was the initial marketing well targeted, but also the follow-up was outstanding. If you are selling in this area I cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough. Again thank you to Matt without whom my breakdown would have been guaranteed!

Effective, efficient courteous customer focused.

Excellent experience with Matt and Ian. Property was sold very quickly, but unfortunately the buyer appeared to give incorrect initial details which held up the final conclusion by 4 to 6 weeks.. It didnt help that buyer lived and worked in China. However with a little bit of encouragement and some sterling chasing up Matthew and Ian came up trumps, and in the end transaction was completed. Spoke to them both today and have left details of our requirements for a future property. Many thanks to all the team.

Jonathan’s team from day 1 supported me through my first experience of selling a property. The photographs showed off my property perfectly and a detailed and accurate description was produced.
