Matthew and his colleagues at Jonathan Rees Chandlers Ford were excellent at supporting a buyer with complex and changing wishes to proceed to completion whilst implementing my wishes and communicating very well with me. Without the interpersonal skills of the Matthew, and others in the sales team I suspect the sale would have fallen through so I am very pleased with the service provided and feel the branch excels in their attitude and approach which is in contrast to styles I experienced from other established local agencies. I would highly recommend Jonathan Rees Chandlers Ford branch

We had used this company as a letting agent for as long as I can remember so, when it came to selling, they were the obvious choice.. The two properties we had to sell were at the top and bottom end of the market but the agency made no distinction between them. The service for both was excellent. In particular I'd like to praise their sales director - Matt Lunney. He was so supportive; always on top of every new situation and there to advise me throughout. I don't know what I would have done without his help. We had buyers for both properties within a couple of weeks so, not only was the initial marketing well targeted, but also the follow-up was outstanding. If you are selling in this area I cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough. Again thank you to Matt without whom my breakdown would have been guaranteed!

Although it took rather longer than expected to complete the sale of my property due to actions of other estate agents up the chain. Jonathan’s team from day 1 supported me through my first experience of selling a property.
The photographs showed off my property perfectly and a detailed and accurate description was produced.
I was kept informed constantly about viewings, feedback and then offers, and I felt comfortable leaving the team with access to my property.
Whilst the chain had issues during the selling process, Iain kept me informed and sought out information about what was going on.
Their recommendation of financial adviser and solicitor were first class as well.

Landlord: I have been letting my property via Jonathan fully managed service for five years. The service provided by the Chandlers Ford lettings dept has always been excellent. The tenant selection process was good, payments I received were always prompt, I was kept fully informed throughout and minor issues with the property were quickly resolved..
Seller: When it came to selling the property, I used Jonathan Rees sales office in Chandlers Ford and experienced the same high level of service, obtaining the asking price for my property.

This was not your average sale.
Started off as my uncle selling to move in with us but he sadly passed away before that could happen. It then became a sale for his estate.
Matthew couldn’t have been more helpful and compassionate. My aunt and uncle were hoarders and he was non judgmental and kind.
Constantly in touch and always easy to get hold off I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.
In fact I wish they had a branch up here in Andover!!
