The Jonathan Rees Office in Chandlers Ford is a busy one with staff assisting both tenants and landlords.
My property had been vacant for over 2 months and Andrea and the team were successful in finding a new tenant for me very quickly. Other agents had been unable to find a new tenant after mine had left unexpectedly to relocate up north.
I am also impressed with the fact that when a maintenance situation arises I only need to make one call to the Jonathan Rees office rather than having to liaise with another ‘parent’ organisation.
If I have a requirement to let the property again then Jonathan Rees will definitely get the brief and I have recommended them to colleagues and friends.

Jonathan, Richard, Jas and Wendy provided excellent communication throughout the sales process and were proactive in keeping me informed throughout. Even when I had queries they were responded to very promptly. Their advice was invaluable and nothing was too much trouble. Having lived at my property for 21 years they provided reassurance throughout and I am very grateful that they sold my house at the price I was hoping to achieve.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard for his local knowledge and professionalism which also applies to the rest of the team.
