Hanna handled the hand over at the start of our tenancy and we found her to be extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Hanna has helped make our move in as simple as possible and when there was a small issue discovered when the central heating was restarted she was able to get engineers on site the same day and the issue was swiftly resolved.

After renting for sometime through another agent,charters bought out the company and the service recived went up,problems previously overlooked were quickly fixed or put right by the quick thinking initiative of Kirsty Reed. would recommend anyone dealing with Kirsty will have no problems as she is very friendly and has lovely telephone manner ,always quick to respond to any problem.problem solved pretty much immediately.

This was our first time renting in the UK and Adel eased us through the process with efficiency. She is always very quick to respond to any query, and to drive problems though to resolution. She's always cheerful, and we felt she did a good job of representing her landlord whilst at the same time showing sympathy for any issues we had.
