Charters Lettings and Property Management have just re-let my investment property with such ease and efficiency that I cannot begin to imagine what it must be like as a landlord without such valuable support?
Lisa Burdett has incredible depth of knowledge surrounding all administration processes and industry compliance leaving me totally reassured at all times when managing my property.
The frontline staff in the branch of Jas & Lily were both instrumental in being proactive in sourcing a new tenant in a timely fashion and most importantly without loss of rent incurred!

I have been having to navigate the waters of letting on behalf of my mother, and have no idea what I am doing! All the Charters staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and understanding of my situation, and Kirsty has been extremely helpful to me in advising how to deal with slightly tricky end of tenancy issues. She was always reassuring and I felt absolutely confident that she knew how to handle the process and give me sound advice, always happy to look over emails I needed to send etc. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Tracey and the team at Charters operate a very professional and slick lettings department. Despite not yet having a presence within Romsey they beat two other well established Romsey letting agents with, I have to say, little competition. They had numerous viewings, updated me regularly and more importantly found the ideal tenants. The paperwork all done by e-mal and electronic signatures is total efficiency. Why all agents do not offer this heaven knows.

Having rented my home out through Charters Estate agent - I felt totally supported throughout the year. Adel was always quick to respond and lovely to speak to. Emails were polite and to the point and the follow up was always reliable. Adel was also able to advise me en route as this was my first time in the role of a landlord.
