Dealing with Kirsty has been a pleasure from the start, she is always understanding and friendly, along with being utterly professional. I am always a little shocked at how quickly she fixes any issues we are having and normally am in touch with the engineer/provider to make an appointment to come out to us within half an hour of notifying Kirsty of an issue. Her promptness with solutions and general emails and management is a refreshing and a joy to deal with. Thank you Kirsty, you are a credit to Charters.

The house we wanted to rent was perfect but we could not commit until contracts were exchanged on our house sale. Finally this was done with only 2 weeks to completion so the rental process had to be as quick as possible. Kirsty understood our position and helped move the process along through its various stages so that we could take possession with a week to spare. We found the whole Charters house rental procedure to be efficient and Kirsty was especially helpful in overcoming any difficulties.

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to have a real human being to consult when needing some advice on moving out and last minute issues.
Kirsty was not only human, by which I mean kind and understanding but was also exceptionally helpful, full of good advice and helpful solutions, issuing me with a copy of the guide to leaving a tenancy, giving me details of recommended cleaners etc etc.. It made the moving out process as smooth and painless as possible.
I just wanted to say thank you and to let you know how much I appreciated that help and advice from a person and not an answer machine...

She bent over backwards for us to get the tenancy all sorted and turned around within 4 days which is absolutely incredible - not just for the amount of work she put in but also how communicative she was with us during the whole process.
She was always on hand if we had any questions and has continued to provide an excellent level of service and customer care even after we'd moved in.

We had successfully negotiated a tenancy through Charters, when on the day we had signed everything, it fell through. So they had to find is somewhere else, very quickly, which thankfully, they did. Eight months later, we need to move again and the process has been smooth and trouble free. Amazingly we only handed the keys back on Sunday evening, today is Friday and we already know we will get our deposit back and no exit fees to pay. With our previous agent, that process took six weeks with a £125 fee to pay for the exit inventory check. Thank you Charters.
