GoogleI ordered from Airthings in 2020 via the German website. The goods were then shipped from Norway and got stuck in customs due to incorrect information. I contacted Airthings several times by email to try to find a solution... only excuses and stories... over 9 MONTHS later, I received a refund via credit card without any comment. I never received the ordered devices. Completely baffled...

FacebookI am highly disappointed by the services of this agency. They havent paid back my deposit for the tenancy that ended 3 months ago and do not reply to emails. Definitely do not reccomend- very unprofessional.
Yes they try to fraudulently withold deposit monies.They actually tried to charge me for damages, which were actually already logged and photographed before I started my tenancy. ( On their inventory 19th March 2020..my tenancy started on 21st)Howeve… See more

Wendy Taylor who manages this side of the business is professional, on-the-ball and always has a solution to a problem. Wendy has a great team who ensure all paperwork, legalities and payments are always up-to-date. Frost have a great network of experienced, trained professional tradespeople who can attend to emergencies and turn any necessary work around very quickly and efficiently.

FacebookPoor customer service. Couldn't get the contract right. They used underhand tricks to try and get more money from me when all I wanted was an introductory only service. I didn't get what I wanted as landlord and I'm embarrassed for what the tenants might think.

They will send people in to your accommodation with no regard for “The tenants right to peaceful enjoyment of property” or whatever the ONLY thing they really have to oblige the tenant. Twice I returned home to discover the premises had been entered unlawfully by agents of theirs. ALL their employees are of the “go f yourself” disposition. Rude, impolite, arrogant and incompetent.
