GoogleSylvia Hames came to our property and it was lovely to see a member of Nock Deighton face to face, as previous inspections had been done via Zoom. Her visit was welcome and gave me a chance to chat about any issues, us as tenants, might have. Sylvia was very professional and explained what was needed to be checked and kept me up to date with the latest regulations. She kept the visit as brief as possible, so not to intrude. I have been particularly impressed with how quickly issues are resolved for our tenants- Tracey Jones does an excellent job of responding to problems quickly and efficiently, making it very easy for us as first time landlords!

GoogleI have rented a property with Nock Deighton for several years now and have been having six monthly visits from Sylvia Hames for regular house inspections and property management. Sylvia has been great and makes the process non-invasive and efficient. Sylvia portrays herself and the company in a professional manner but also very friendly and comfortable. The online process of reporting issues has always been quickly addressed and have had a few visits from Lee for repairs who is also very lovely! GoogleWe have rented this property for over 15 yrs and in that time had several different letting agencies looking after the property. Since Nock Deighton took over the property management, Sylvia Hames has been coming to do our house inspections. She is always professional, friendly, approachable and has always passed on any concerns and issues we may have had at the time of her visits. Even throughout Lock down, she still came when due/allowed to, as I am unable to carry a laptop around to do a virtual inspection due to my disability. I am more than confident with Sylvia being our inspector.

GoogleI’d like to thank Nock Deighton especially Millie Hicks for there services in the process of renting out a property. In the past I’ve found estate agents favour either the tenant or the landlord but in this case it seemed to be balanced and the response time back and forth from each side was done in a very timely manner. Millie seem to have a good balance of being very professional and at the same time making everything very comfortable like a friendly chat. I have been very happy with this experience and would recommend Nock Deighton to other.

We were in a chain which was highly challenging to say the least, and Matthew went above and beyond in keeping everyone informed and chasing up solicitors. He wasn't even our sales progressor, but responded to all our queries quick as a flash. He was the only one in our chain who was proactive and had a handle on the situation for everyone. A lovely young lettings assistance based at the Telford Lettings office. Nothing was too much trouble for her and emails answered within the same hour. She guided me through their vetting system with her expert knowledge of their lettings procedure. GoogleEDIT: I have just left the property after approx 18 months living in it. Sadly Sarah Holland is no longer with the company once I vacated the property however I have been liaising with Ash in regards to my tenancy and I am happy to say he is just as pleasant to deal with. I recently had a small gripe about something that was said to me by a different member of staff (not mentioning names) and within 48 hours of reporting that issue Ash was on the phone and making sure I was okay and taking notes to be sure to put it right. As a company they very much care about their tenants, and do everything they can to assure that everyone is left with a smile on their face after every conversation. Thank you Ash, Thank you Sarah (if you're reading this from your new job) and Thank you to the Nock Deighton team for making me and my family feel listened to and at home since summer 2020. We very much hope to deal with you again in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have been renting a property, managed by Nock Deighton, for about 6 weeks now and every question or query we have had thus far we have received a response in less than three hours. GoogleI have recently began my tenancy via Nock Deighton, dealing in particular with Millie, who was simply fantastic! From the moment I registered my interest, she went above and beyond to help get the tenancy over the line for me and my 2 young children to finally get a suitable home and be able to spend time as a family again. I could not be happier. Also anyone else that I dealt with, if by chance Millie was away from the office, was extremely helpful as well. Could not fault them. Thankyou!!

GoogleNock Deighton, especially Matthew James in progressions has been brilliant! Our transaction (sale & purchase) took forever to go through - 299 days from accepting the offer on our old house and completing the purchase of our new house, throughout this Matthew in particular was chasing weekly, daily and even hourly near the end. Always there to try and help push things along where he could. Its been stressful at times, but with Matt on hand we got there in the end. If you’re looking for an estate agent to use I would highly recommend you using Nock Deighton. Matthew, I’m missing our conversations! Thanks again, James & family.

She is an asset to Nock Deighton and is very good at her job as . she always gives excellent customer service. See you in another 6 months Sylvia . I find all the tesm very good and I have spoken to Lianne as well who was excellent when I was dealing with a sensitive family matter . 5 stars from me.
