GoogleI can honestly say that everyone involved with my application for a rental property went above and beyond to make sure I got the property.. after understanding my circumstances I can say they went as far as giving me the restart in life I need.. GoogleI sold my house in Muxton in 6 days, everyone who I dealt with were very professional and kept me updated the whole way through especially during the lockdown. I dealt with James Carlon to begin with and he took lovely pictures of the property and was very helpful then Emily in the after sales who was also very helpful and easy to speak to. Iv sold a house before with nock Deighton and would definitely use them again. Thank you

GoogleWith the wonderful help of Will Smith at nock deighton (and Millie Hicks) I've achieved my first proper milestone in life! I was initially looking at a property in which had been let before i had called, Will then pointed out and showed me a wonderful property!! Millie kept me well updated and helped me understand how to rent and what i needed to do (as a first time renter, i was more than lost) thankyou to both, and Nock Deighton as a company, i doubt ill use any other agents.

GoogleFantastic to deal with from the outset when purchasing our property. We initially dealt with Jordan who was extremely helpful compared to other agents we had dealt with in the area. Once our offer was accepted this then passed over to Matt James in the Sales Progression Department who was fantastic. Matt pretty much managed the whole thing including our sale - always available and sorts any queries out very promptly. Matt managed to progress our sale and purchase very quickly to ensure we met deadlines required for all parties. Many thanks.

GoogleFrom start to finish the Nock Deighton team have been exemplary. James Carlon initially valued our property, completed a video tour and gave us some solid advice. James had a fantastic knowledge of the Telford property market and recommended places that would fit our criteria. He was professional throughout and was always available to chat if we had any concerns. After the sale of our property, which only took a few weeks, we were dealt with by Matthew James in the conveyancing department. Matthew has been brilliant all the way through, he has gone above and beyond to help us and chase our chain where needed. Matthew reassured us and gave us advice about the whole process, keeping us calm and being there for us when things didn’t go to plan. Thankyou. If we ever sold again, I would not hesitate to return to this company.

GoogleWe have recently worked with Nock Deighton, and have been very happy with great customer service. Mathew James was our point of contact, who is very professional and friendly. All our calls and emails were answered immediately, I have to say even though they have been extremely busy with stamp duty and increase in sales, they did a very excellent job in chasing sellers and solicitors and answering all our enquiries quickly. So I would like to thank you for all your help and would recommend Nock Deighton to my friends.

GoogleMy interactions with Nock Deighton came about due to them representing the property I agreed to buy. From the moment they walked us round the property, they were fantastic. Jordan in particular, communicated with us through every step of the sale, empathised with the changing landscape during the purchase and offered a far greater level of service than the actual Estate Agents I had instructed to represent me on my own sale. Whilst in the end, we were unable to complete the purchase on the property being sold by Nock Deighton, I was left with absolutely no doubt that they'd delivered an amazing service to myself as the non-paying customer, and that if we we're to ever sell our property again, we'd use Nock Deighton in a heartbeat. Our first contact was with Laura McCord who replied quickly and helped to arrange our viewing on the first day that we inquired. Then Millie Hicks arranged the tenancy agreement which was all handled smoothly and professionally. We'd definitely recommend Noch Deighton if you are looking to rent a property in this area.

I have also had a great early experience with both the James's! and Will :) it's been a really refreshing experience as we've had bad experience with estate agents in the past. I would really recommend going with Nock Deighton if you're selling - they're really friendly, open and honest, and can also offer great advice.

GoogleJames Carlon was the estate agent for my mum and dad when they decided to sell their home they have been in for many years. It was a big decision and one they didn’t take lightly. Dad had been ill so it was down to mum and me to help her. James came to give a valuation and get it on the market. All the way through it James and the team were helpful and made a hard time a lot easier. If ever mum needed to contact James he was always available to offer advice or a chat! Emily Ives made for an excellent point of contact and drove the sale forwards whenever it needed a push in both a responsive and professional manner and proved to be a great help and communicator throughout the whole process. Based on our experience without Emily it would have been a lot harder to get our house purchase completed. I would also add that our initial contact with Nock Deighton through Oliver Ruggles was also a very positive and helpful who regularly went above and beyond to assist with house related queries and questions.
