In particular, we have dealt with Hannah Topping and Jordan Dunning the most and it has to be said their service has been faultless. They are extremely helpful, knowledgable and reliable. GoogleHaving never used an estate agents before I was quite dubious about what to expect. James Carlon was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area as well as the housing market. He took amazing photos of the house and described it perfectly meaning it sold within the first week of being in the market. James was a brilliant support from start to finish. Emily Ives was also a fantastic point of contact keeping me up to date with everything from solicitors to what information I needed to provide to sud a quick and smooth completion. I would definitely recommend this well organised and professional company.

As an agent acting for a landlord, they are very thorough with their property inspections and prompt with repairs (Sylvia has been extremely professional and friendly on very visit). I would highly recommend as a tenant and landlord - much better than other estate agents I have had dealings with!

I have also had a great early experience with both the James's! and Will :) it's been a really refreshing experience as we've had bad experience with estate agents in the past. I would really recommend going with Nock Deighton if you're selling - they're really friendly, open and honest, and can also offer great advice.

GoogleSold my house when other estate agents in the area struggled. This was because they don;t just post details on the net and wait for a response. They're proactive, regularly updating adverts and contacting people on their database. They also kept regular contact with me, providing monthly reports on interest shown via the on-line advert. They also provide a legal service via referral to a local Solicitors which also proved a very professional firm. Very helpful staff and especially Olly Ruggles in their Telford office. Fees are competitive and the service first class. Highly recommend.

As a first time landlord, I thought this would be a daunting experience but the team have been absolutely fantastic and manage every single aspect of the tenancy, from Council Tax queries to arranging tradespeople. Francesca’s organisation is second to none and she always keeps me updated without me having to ever chase. She is always there for me at the drop of a hat when I have a query. I really appreciate it and would recommend Nock Deighton to anyone with a property portfolio; I hope to add another property to mine at some point, and it will definitely be Nock Deighton that I use to manage it.
