I have rented a property with Nock Deighton for several years now and have been having six monthly visits from Sylvia Hames for regular house inspections and property management. Sylvia has been great and makes the process non-invasive and efficient. Sylvia portrays herself and the company in a professional manner but also very friendly and comfortable. We have rented this property for over 15 yrs and in that time had several different letting agencies looking after the property. Since Nock Deighton took over the property management, Sylvia Hames has been coming to do our house inspections. She is always professional, friendly, approachable and has always passed on any concerns and issues we may have had at the time of her visits. Even throughout Lock down, she still came when due/allowed to, as I am unable to carry a laptop around to do a virtual inspection due to my disability. I am more than confident with Sylvia being our inspector.

I’d like to thank Nock Deighton especially Millie Hicks for there services in the process of renting out a property. In the past I’ve found estate agents favour either the tenant or the landlord but in this case it seemed to be balanced and the response time back and forth from each side was done in a very timely manner. EDIT: I have just left the property after approx 18 months living in it. Sadly Sarah Holland is no longer with the company once I vacated the property however I have been liaising with Ash in regards to my tenancy and I am happy to say he is just as pleasant to deal with. I recently had a small gripe about something that was said to me by a different member of staff (not mentioning names) and within 48 hours of reporting that issue Ash was on the phone and making sure I was okay and taking notes to be sure to put it right. As a company they very much care about their tenants, and do everything they can to assure that everyone is left with a smile on their face after every conversation. Thank you Ash, Thank you Sarah (if you're reading this from your new job) and Thank you to the Nock Deighton team for making me and my family feel listened to and at home since summer 2020. Nock Deighton, especially Matthew James in progressions has been brilliant! Our transaction (sale & purchase) took forever to go through - 299 days from accepting the offer on our old house and completing the purchase of our new house, throughout this Matthew in particular was chasing weekly, daily and even hourly near the end. Always there to try and help push things along where he could. Its been stressful at times, but with Matt on hand we got there in the end.
