I recently moved with Nock Deighton (as a key worker, they were able to help me during lockdown as I was classed as an essential move). Throughout the whole process, Louise was absolutely brilliant. She was quick to respond to any queries I had and always helpful and professional. Given the current climate, I didn't think I would be able to move during lockdown but Nock Deighton had me moved in within 3 weeks of my initial query. Hi due to a massive change in circumstances I had to go from my usual home living to finding a rental property. My wish list was pretty thorough. After loads of calls signing up to the usual alerts and attending several disappointing viewings I came across Nock Dieghton what a breathe of fresh air. Warm welcoming and the most important for a busy Buisness man like myself accommodating. Having viewed a property that ticked most of my demanding boxes I applied to rent. This is where Nick Dieghton really stepped up Millie the leggings approval manager helped me no end it was a seamless process from start to finish and no question was too much Millie and Nick Dieghton really did make moving home stress free. We recently bought a bungalow for my 70 year old widowed mum and cannot fault Nock Deighton with their involvement in this. The process of selling my mum's house was horrendous and our estate agent and buyer's solicitors caused us an unbelievable amount of stress!...But Marcus at Nock did so much of the chasing for us, he went above and beyond in every way possible to ensure my mum got the bungalow she wanted. It took 8 months to go through (not Nock Deighton's fault) and we'd probably still be waiting if it wasn't for Marcus's persistence!! Highly recommend this company and thank you so much Marcus.

I recently when through Nock Deighton to purchase a property in Muxton. I initially dealt with Oliver who was extremely helpful throughout the negotiation process. My husband and I rented our property about a year and a month ago and still counting with Nock Deighton. We have never had any reason to complain about their services. If there's any issue with the property and we report to them, before we knew it, it would be sorted. All their staff that we have spoken to on the phone have been nothing but so good to us. I can't conclude this review without mentioning Sylvia Hames who visits the property to do the routine checks; oh dear she is so sweet and very punctual. She communicates very well and politely and also has very good human relationship. Again, Sylvia Hames is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. It's 5 STARS for her. I have been a tenant with nock Deighton Telford for a short time, in my experience I have had 2 property visits from Sylvia Hames. Sylvia has been professional within her visits but also really friendly and put me at ease. As I’m quite an anxious person, I get really nervous in the run up to anyone coming in to my home regardless of who they are but Sylvia has such a calming aura and is really polite. Sylvia has been really thorough in ensuring that everything within the home is fit for purpose and that repairs are all up to scratch.
