Robinson Jackson was immediately different from other agencies. They asked all the right questions, they listened (really listened), and they delivered a beautiful property that didn't just meet, but surpassed my vision of a dream home. Being a real estate agent is not so different from being a matchmaker, I suppose, and they found my perfect match within *one day* of viewing. I had, by then, spent several months searching with other agencies, going to fruitless viewings and crying on buses a lot. The team offered exceptional support throughout the sale and beyond. Even now, when I contact them, they end every call by reminding me that I'm part of the family. I truly appreciate the level of care and humanity they bring to their job. Highly recommended.

Once our offer was accepted, Nikki took the reins and was incredible from start to finish. She was completely on our side, advocating for us at every stage and keeping constant communication with both the seller and our solicitor to ensure things moved quickly. Worst rental service ever!

Worst ever service I have received from any organisation. Pure incompetence, to say the least. Rented a property with them and at move in, property was at best filthy. This was after they lied during the viewing that the property would be painted and cleaned. Heating in the home not working. Made them aware that I have 3 children with me at the time, they didn’t even care. Don’t use them if you don’t want heartache. Regrets all the way. Never been so stressed in my life.

Chris has been amazing. It was a tricky leasehold purchase and he has basically project-managed the entire thing, communicating regularly with all the stakeholders, streamlining what would otherwise have been quite disastrous. Chris has great contacts in the industry and when my conveyancers let me down, he recommend Cook Taylor Woodhouse, who were seamless in terms of the service they provided, especially since we were working under enormous time pressure. When buying my first house recently, the house was being sold via the Robinson Jackson branch in Gillingham. Although there were ups and downs, and delays (not because of them, because of my solicitors), the sales progressor: Kay Young, was absolutely amazing. She is honestly a credit to the company. She always kept me in the loop, did the most that she could for me and to get updates for me, and just went above and beyond! I would highly recommend this estate agents, and especially Kay. Like - Near the end I liked the way Jo Rossiter was following up and assisting in the same. This made the process efficient. Dislike - If someone is temporarily filling in for the person dealing with the sale then that person should be upto speed with all the information related to the customer such as exchange of emails, conversations etc. that has happened till that time. It saves the customer from having to explain it again.
