We had to sell the family home after 50 years. Our lead Agent was Jamie. Him and his colleagues were absolutely fantastic. Always available by phone and email. If unavailable, Jamie's colleagues would promptly step in to resolve any issues. On one occasion, Jamie required our letter of administration from HMRC. He personally came to collect the letter, got it verified and returned it straight away! I would absolutely recommend the services of Catford branch. The Team excelled our expectations. They met our every need and beyond. Biggest thank you to you all.

Fantastic experience with Ellie I had such a positive experience with Ellie as a first-time buyer. She was incredibly helpful, approachable and knowledgeable, and always seemed to have an answer to every question I had. When I viewed a property that I really loved, Ellie was genuinely as excited about it as I was, which made the whole experience feel so much more personal. What’s more stressful than moving house? Going from view to offer to exchange to complete and move in less than three weeks, that’s what. Or at least it would have been, if Chris, Ellie and the team weren’t on the case with an efficiency and attention to detail that makes you feel like you’re the only client they have. “Going the extra mile” gets overused, but Chris and Ellie quite literally did just that, bringing papers to the house to sign, and dropping them off at my solicitor to make sure that what was - on paper at least - a straightforward sale and purchase went through as quickly as possible. I’m quite badly disabled through chronic illness, and the consideration shown by the whole team has been just amazing. My new home is exactly what I needed to take some control over my life again. If you’re thinking of moving but don’t think you can stand the hassle, go to Robinson & Jackson Catford - they will make moving so easy you’ll wonder what you were waiting for. To say the Catford Robinson Jackson team have impressed us from start to finish of our selling process, is an understatement. They have been simply magnificent. From the seasoned and professionally assured leading man Jamie, who listed and secured a top price for our property on Brookehowse Road within a few short weeks of entering the market, through to all the friendly and extremely efficient office team who never made us feel anything other than supported, we cannot fault the RJ service. Their rates are competitive, and there was no pushy sales technique often associated with estate agents. The Cook-Taylor-Woodhouse solicitors that the RJ team recommended is also worth a highlight as they were competitive, efficient and really helped complete the chain in a timely manner. But to us, Nikki, the sales progressor assigned to our property sale was the quiet strength we didn't even know we needed. As first time sellers, we had a million questions, worries and logistical quandaries when our first home purchase fell through, but Nikki was confident, reassuring and kept our buyers happy whilst we secured another property, and helped keep us informed of the process so we could speed it along. The check in phone calls were always light and positive and kept our momentum going right up until the end. She's a fantastic person to have in your corner through what is traditionally a very stressful process. Our house sale completed last Friday. Nikki was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. When the buyers’ surveyor visited the property without our knowledge or authorisation, Nikki owned the mistake despite us not needing to know who was responsible or asking to, and explained how it wouldn’t happen again. This is an often underestimated and overlooked aspect of great customer service but gave us complete trust in Nikki. As you know, selling a property is stressful and often the customer is helpless - out of the loop and unable to progress things themselves. Having Nikki on our side alleviated this for sure. I recently purchased a property through Robinson Jackson Catford. While the day-to-day experience with the staff was largely positive, a serious issue regarding transparency occurred during the sales process, which is why I am leaving 3 stars instead of 5. The property listing and brochure both clearly advertised "private parking." However, it transpired that the property did not have a legally recognized driveway or dropped kerb. When I questioned whether the seller would rectify this, my conveyancer received an email from the agency claiming the property "was never advertised as having private parking", accompanied by an altered digital brochure to back up their claim, instead of a perfectly acceptable answer of "no". At the exact moment this email was sent, the live online listing was still active displaying "private parking," and I held the original printed brochure in my hands. For me, this deliberate attempt to alter the facts would normally warrant a 1-star review. However, I want to be fair to the rest of the branch team; the staff I dealt with directly were friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout the rest of the purchase. It is a shame that an otherwise good experience was marred by a clear lack of transparency.
