GoogleTerrible customer service i have paid for a holding deposit and according to the new law that came on 1st of June 2019 it is refundable and according to them it non refundable/refundable when the property or offer of tenancy is withdrawn by the Landlord the tenant is entitled to a refund of the holding deposit in full within 7 working day. But now they said that i have given a misleading information but this is a completely wrong statement because the misleading information was in front of there yes. They only have said that so that could still my money. Just run from this people

GoogleI have used Choices Croydon to rent my portfolio of properties for over 7 years. I have never had any issues with rent, unrented periods or any problems with the company itself or tenants directly. They have always found excellent tenants for me who look after the properties as if they were their own . Most of my tenants have been with me 3 years or more. Any time an issue has arisen (and there has not been many at all thankfully), they deal with it in a very timely and professional manner. Their fees are very reasonable and I would not rent my properties with any other estate agents. I am very satisfied with the service that I have enjoyed to date.

GoogleDisgusting agent, left us with no hot water for 7 months and didn't bother sending anyone to fix it. We left before we got a single repair done after a long winter AVOID!!! 1 star because I cant leave 0
Very Sorry Marc, we will of course look into this. Our policy is to respond effectively and efficiently to tenant issues where we are the managing agent, however for balance, it must be said that we need the cooperation of the landlord to effect repairs and sometimes we don’t get it

Done all was required for my check out, then comes the time to pay my deposit back they made a deal with the landlord to deprive me from my money, they made a cunning bill ,choices does not care about their client, bad customer services, and I'm sure we will all have fun in court.

The quickly secured viewings and our house was under offer within a few days of being online. GoogleI have had the best team member of Choices help me throughout my many years being a tenant at my current property. When I first started seeking a property I had a gentleman name, Will Donkor help me. He took interest in what kind of property I was seeking and the available times I was able to view and has GREAT customer service skills. He found me an amazing flat and has always been willing to help when I needed to send a message to the landlord. I will be using Choices again when I'm looking to move and will be seeking the assistance of Will Donkor.

GoogleMy experience with Choices as tenant was great. The agents are very nice and helpful. They followed and support me at any time during renting process. They used to updated me early in the morning, that means as soon as possible. Moreover, they help me to get from landlord all the things that need to be fixed done. I am glad that they are managing the property that I rent it, as I am sure they will give me a good service and support throughout the time I will stay in the house how they just did so far.
