GoogleI feel they stole £1000 from me! I made an offer and the salesman said that we needed to put £1000 as a deposit. I was surprised because I had never been required for this in other house purchase. He said that if anything went wrong this deposit would be refundable. But later when there was a problem, the salesman went on leave for two weeks and no one ever returned my email or call! Now we still don't know whether we will get our deposit back. The property is back to market now but they still hold our deposit and no one ever responded to me!

GoogleA very big thank you to Daniel @ Croydon Lettings. We gave up hopes of finding a decent house to rent until we spoke with Daniel. Very professional and friendly. He managed to find a lovely house for us and handled all the paper work within few days! Very impressed and we highly recommend Choices!

Since just before Christmas, my bathroom has gone from an inanimate room with a minor drip to being perhaps another month away from sentience. The mould has been steadily building up, and while I would love to welcome this new creature, now named Dave, into my abode, I'm not sure we'll get on well as my eczema has returned. This estate agent has no interest in my well-being; rather it wants me to stay there quietly so it can collect its profit each month."
